  • Program 3522 ................... - Creation - Life - The Bible .................................................................
    Recorded September 2022.
The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

I love it how these teenagers always quote cases like "what if the mother was raped? what if the mother's life is in danger?" Yet, they didn't know that they are wired (by media) to always say these scenarios but yet they didn't know that more than 90% of the abortions are reasons of inconvenience, be it financial, social or lifestyle.

Every prophet account is the word of the Lord came to them, with a vision or dream, usually with a mission to accomplish in regards to Israel, but also the nations around them and the earth. If you have observed the Scriptures, you have observed his written speech, and his plans, and his intentions, and his qualities. Since we do not travel backwards in time, we're not expected to be witness to things that already happened in the scriptures, were expected to understand that those events took place in reality, in linear historical time. And understanding that pattern of Sound words, in the stretch of time, has real patterns. But the fact of this being God , commissioned certain people, should be a relief, to not all be called to be prophets, or apostles anymore. Jesus said, no prophet is accepted by his own people. And why, because they will argue with what God has to say ,when he has something to say, and want to artificially say things he doesn't have to say, because people want clout, but God primarily has no partiality or respect for humanity. And I wouldn't either if when God actually does have something to say, people shoot his messenger because they hate the message.

I believe that example of what it means to be Christ-like is what's so winsome, of course he has to have God arguments too, and he does, but few would listen if he came off arrogant or pushy. I used to think it was weird and egotistical of God to want to create billions of souls to worship him, until I further explored the definition of worship. In a way, our pets worship us. Is it derogatory to the pet, when the pet shows us love? When my cat looks up to me, his provider, and has nothing but love and appreciation for me, I feel in my heart what God wants to feel from us. Is it egotistical of me to want to spend time with and cherish my cat which loves me? Even more so if I had created my cat from dust and breathed life into him, it would not then be egotistical of me to hope that he loves and thanks me. Is it derogatory to us that we wish to spend time worshiping and appreciating God which brought us forth from non existence? God is not creating an army of slaves, but a loving family, into which you have been invited.

    1) Some-thing can only come into existence out of a state of no-thing. Otherwise some-thing couldn’t be anything else than every-thing. The state of no-thing on the other hand has the potential to manifest every-thing. Therefore, some-thing and no-thing are of equal value. Not surprisingly the same result is obtained in mathematics but I prefer my own thought via a philosophical approach. Thinking for yourself has proven to be a great way to keep devils, angels, goblins, leprechauns and god(s) at a distance, but that aside.
    2) There are good reasons to compare the coming into existence of universes with something we all enjoyably know: ejaculations. Most spermatozoa are destined for the drain and only one amongst the million losses viable. We are living in one of the universes viable for life, probably amongst many failed or disabled universes; hence the absolutely not miraculous fine tuning of our cosmic surroundings. We’re lucky and we are translating our luck, a very common human characteristic, into pride, prejudice and the preposterous idea that a super being is overseeing each of us and sad or happy depending on the position of our hands above or below the sheets.
    3) So, the absolute beginning from the very first universe must have started from a very fine tilting point in a state where there was no difference between some- and no-thing. Quantum mechanics has learned us that energy can be borrowed for such a short time that the balance between the two states isn’t affected. Unimaginable stretches of time and evolution have done the rest in a trial, error and rarely, but in view of the incredible time lapses, unavoidable success way. We perceive the end result like a magic trick. Conclude that the pigeon out of the head is pure wizardry until the magician explains every step of the astonishing experience.
    4) if an all powerful god existed, why in the name of the one no one should believe in, would that being make the billion of years detour instead of just creating a made and ready universe? Unless you reject the fact, no, no longer the theory, but the fact of evolution. If that’s the case, then you are worshipping a god created or accepted out of pure and maybe even wilful ignorance.
    5) if god existed there would be no need to prove his existence because he / she / it would be perceived or at the very least be experienced by believers and non believers alike and since that’s clearly not the case it’s safe to say that god(s) are man made and not the other way around. That’s also why there are approximately, at present, 4.300 religions with matching super bff to suit different cultures, regions and tribes.
    6) Seneca, ancient Roman philosopher: ‘for common people religion is true, for wise men false and useful for rulers’.
The story of Jesus, his miracles and resurrection
Ask 1000 followers of Kenneth Copeland if he can heal the sick, paralysed and disabled. Well, you know the answer.
Ask 1000 followers of Copeland if he could resurrect someone from the dead. You know the answer
Ask 1000 followers of Copeland if they witnessed a resurrection performed by Copeland and at least 100 will testify on their life and the life of their children that they witnessed a resurrection done by one of the biggest spiritual con man in our day and age. Should give you some idea about the value of testimonials in Jesus time.
People turn their wishes into beliefs and from that principle all religions are born.

The challenge to unbelievers is that God will prove himself true for when a convert is baptized in the Holy Spirit and speaks in tongues one EXPERIENCES God and one KNOWS that God is true.
A Spirit-filled convert experiences the Spirit of truth. A Pentecostal Christian becomes spiritual with the knowledge of God dwelling within them.

May God bless your ministry. I believe in election. I believe all hearts of men know God deep down so there are no atheists but agnostics and those who don’t want to submit to his rules. God calls who he will by his grace and the rest think the message foolish and so as Paul says perish. I love young people but if I tried to do this on campus (I’m an academic) i’d probably be hounded out of my job. I am in the UK and I really think this country is lost.

I would not ask anyone to suffer for my wrongdoings, that seems wrong to me. My wrongdoings belong to me and it's up to me to confront my own misdeeds.

That's why the bible says a fool says in his heart God doesn't exist, you are a prime example. If you would humble yourself and truly seek the Lord, he will reveal himself to you. One day God will require your soul, you will have 0 excuses on why you didn't believe. Doesn't matter how much evidence is given to you, it's an issue of your hardened heart. @@Kmf_Jahh Hi Sheep, it's not really a question of wanting to take my punishment, it's more a case of owning up to my own wrongdoings and realizing that my actions have consequences on others, and that we all need to be aware that we're capable of doing wrong things, but also accepting that we're going to make mistakes in life through our own selfishness and greed, and that we can hurt others in the process. If I wronged you Sheep, it would be right and proper that I took ownership of my "sin" as you would call it. It would feel totally wrong if someone else came along and said "I will take the punishment for this mans wrongdoing" Can you see where I am coming from? I dont think anything I've done would warrant eternal never ending death in Hellfire as you put it, eg: so, after 100 billion years of me being in eternal hellfire, that would be equivalent to about 1 second in hell, eternity goes on for trillions upon trillions of years, its insane to think of any sentient being being punished for an amount of time that is beyond human imagination.

I am not a theologian, but I was raised as a Christian. Therefore, I accepted the Gospels as historical records. However, what the Genesis narrative tells us of the beginning aligns differently with what science teaches. So, as a result, I accepted the story of creation on faith. Later, as an adult, I read a popular science magazine article about the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) and how its data reveals that our Earth and solar system may be cosmically aligned. Then there is the Planck satellite confirming the WMAP data. Could this be evidence that the book of Genesis is based on historical events? Perhaps, but unfortunately, I am not a scientist and can only understand about one percent of the science. Nevertheless, according to cosmologists, one thing is evident, the alignments somehow exist!
Moreover, because these features do not fit the Standard Model of Cosmology, scientists dubbed it the Axis of Evil. But, as reported by Genesis, would these alignments be the Axis of Beginning? Did WMAP and the Planck satellites' data of the cosmic microwave background reveal a universe aligned with the Earth and solar system that may show Genesis as history? This may be the reason scientists are so silent concerning this disturbing discovery. How come there is so little dialogue? And are these abnormalities contrary to the Copernican principle? How does this information support the Big Bang? Could these alignments reveal a possible cosmic model of Intelligent Design showing an actual Axis of Beginning?

If we had opposing viewpoints, and I was your senior, you'd be at a terrible disadvantage to disagree with me. I'd have had years to practice my rhetoric, and my age would give me authority and confidence that could sway, no matter what my position was.
