I typically pack a little tin foil and use that to cook the fish. I clean them, put some olive oil and seasoning in there, and then cook over the fire. I would love to bring a little skillet and have been looking at the Jetboil skillet for this

I also just got a Tenkara rod for my birthday... looking forward to bringing that out on my next trip

Right! Keeping it super light. It's a great way to cook fish over some coals and enjoy a small fire
