Kayla, a tip from a Starbucks barista, for the brown sugar shaken my recommendation would be to line the cup with white mocha, put ice in the cup (probs ⅔ the way), put cinnamon on top of the ice (we use cinnamon in the shakers I personally like it extra spicy with lots of cinnamon 👹). And then this is really important pour the shots over the ice. Right when their done pouring from the machine quickly pour it over the ice. I noticed your shots died in the video, (when they look black all around and don't have the defined color layers of the heart, body, and crema) it just makes it a smoother taste and less punchy. And then pour oat milk or milk of your choice over the ice and shots. You could shake the shots and cinnamon and ice in a shaker for like alcohol if you have one in the new house to aerate the shots which makes it bubbly but that's a lot of work for at home lol. Let me know if you try it out and how it tastes 🫶🩷

Brown sugar shaken expresso is made with (grande) 4 half pumps of brown suger, 3 blonde shots, cinnamon> shake in a shaker cup then pour in the cup and fill the rest with oat milk! Is so good especially with white mocha
I remember you asking for suggestion for ellies hair. Try putting a really light weight leave in styling product into elianas hair. Also if you want some hold for the curls to be more tame on special occasions, try using a light hold hair gel (ie: flax seed gel). Some brands to look into for leave in products are the kinky curly custard, shea moisture manuka honey line/ virgin coconut oil line. Just wanted to add, not to speak out of place, but just as some general advice from someone with wavy hair, it’s great to be more intentional in saying nice things about her natural hair. My family with straight hair would say stuff like crazy hair or messy hair just for fun, all out of love, but as a kid I started hating my hair because it made me feel different and excluded and “messy” or unkempt till this day . Even if you mean no harm, make sure your words are positive because they impact children greatly in the long run.

You don’t need a real espresso machine to make a shaken espresso. I make one with my nespresso all the time! Also you can easily make brown sugar syrup by boiling 1 cup of water with 1 cup of brown sugar and a little vanilla. Then you store it in the fridge.
