My main part of a day- get 4-5 hours of work without any distraction. I start a timer when I open working software and pause it every time I stop working. Works pretty well for me and in this honest 4-5 hours of work i get more stuff done than during usual 7-8 working hours. But everything else about daily routine is kind of a mess right now XD
My daily routine went off tracks in the recent weeks but I wake up at 6 am, I work out for one hour, then eat something light then work for 2-3 hours, have a snack, clean or organize something from my house for one hour, have lunch, and then... Nothing I guess
Wake up..wich takes for me at least an hour and then get to work...eat sleep repeat x.x quarantine is boring as fuck so im looking forward to your new videos! Exspecially the one about your diet
I usually wake up around 7:30, make my bed, drink water, eat breakfast, take vitamins, brush my teeth, do some school stuff for 3 hours, go running or another workout, eat lunch, chill and relax for 1.5h, go swimming, snack, then I strech all body and use rollers, take shower and go to sleep :D, And I forgot watching your inspirative videos :)
- wake up at 6 am - go for a short run 1-2km since its just nice to get going. - sit with dulingo 30min - take a shower and a meal - read a chapter (seems like it motivates to get new perspective) - go to campus and study for 2-5 hours (8-12pm) - eat some, either big or small serving - go out and climb 3-4h, fills the social need. - eat if i want to - call relatives, chill with netflix, games or reading * stop drinking coffee before 3 pm edit. feels like social life take up alot of time, so therefore its more practical to do some productive at the same time. like climbing or share a meal, gets more fun as well.
1. Get up & vitamins and lemon water 2. Make your bed 3. Smoothie & tea 4. Deep work for 2 hours (most important things) 5. Exercising 6. Breakfast oatmeal (inc potato 😂) and inspiration 7. Read for an hour (framework of mental models) 8. Power nap 9. Write for an hour 10. Skills workshop for an hour 11. Lunch 12. Deep work 13. Dinner 14. Deep work until 8 15. Evening smoothie and tea 16. Prepare for tomorrow
The fact that you share the less than perfect reality is something incredibly mature and i applaud you for this. I aspire to reach your level of honesty and strength. Keep doing you brother! 🤙🏼
impressive - and a little intimidating, That's what heroes are for, I guess - to serve as aspirational, albeit unattainable, models for the rest of us. You, my young friend, are a strong contender for a hero 💪
I mentioned this in on of your stories but you inspired me to learn to juggle. I admire how honest your videos are and I honestly can't believe you havent gotten more subscribers than you do at this point. TH-cam, get your algorithms right!
Wow iam so happy that you put that "confession" at the end... I almost thought you were going to be like those "wow look at my perfect lifestyle, you guys are so crappy" kinda influencers. But your honest so i really appreciate that😉
Thanks for showing that you're not perfect. Social media really messes with your self-confidence because of all the creators/influencers that only show their successes and good side.
Amazing videos you make mate, I live in Finland and love it so much, so many great adventures to be had here. keep up the great content. I noticed loads of people starting to do Reitti 2000, probably because of your video.
I am a med student so I don’t do anything productive, i just enjoy my vacation and do some yoga whenever i feel like it. However I don’t do this during the school season and I really beat myself up, my productive day consists of going to college, eating studying and getting as less sleep as possible by waking up at 6am to get some workout. Your day is fantastic tho, keep going💪🏻
If I could make a suggestion; I recently switched my dinner wear to almost exclusively using a single ramen bowl to serve all my meals. Its made my dining more efficient. Less mess and fewer dishes. Odd? Perhaps, but effective.
Hey Jonne, Im wondering how you avoid suffering from burnout with a daily routine like this. I find it so inspiring but can never keep it up for more than 3 days without feeling exhausted.
Well I think one key thing is that there's a lot of variety: I just set "themes" for specific hours and I can then do anything related to that theme. I do whatever feels best that day :)
If I was quarter productive as you, my family would be concern hahaha The ocean seemed cold but the water was very clear and nice! And I’m interested in what you eat. My challenge is to drink a lot of water hehe Stay safe!
Daily routines are so hard for me. I’ll get really motivated, write it all out, go strong for a week and then one morning it all goes to shit. I know it’s like running- it’s all about consistency. But I’m also NOT a runner 😂 How do I keep going?! How do YOU keep going?! You’re such a joy to watch. Thank you for the content! I see you as a long lost relative- my family history is Finn and we’re all very proud of it over here in the States 🇫🇮 ♥️ SISU
Hey, can you tell more about those mental models like where are you reading them from? And I am definitely gonna incorporate a dedicated hour of skill workshop... Great video!!
Wow, total respect for the honest part at the end. This is something everyone needs to realize, of course people on social media put their best self out there. I plan to be honest the same way you just were on social media, plainly telling everyone that this is my accomplishment, and I am very proud of it, but this is not me everyday.
I had never heard of the box strategy to declutter! That's genius! Great video. :) You also got me into juggling (just ordered juggling balls on Amazon).
The video content is great, Jonne. I think it’s great that you share honest ways to help us all improving ourselves. Lockdown has forced me to make the most out of my day. Now I have time to improve myself and the things I enjoy a lot more. 👍🏻
watching your videos are always very entertaining as well as insightful. I can get lost in your list of videos and come out learning something new or being inspired to do something new.
Really like the video, lot of great tips. Just prepared my deep focus Checklist and blocked my calendar for it. Quality of your videos never fail to amaze me
Damn! Your checklist before doing your deep work session is genius!!! Wondering why i haven’t thought of this simple trick earlier 😂 it‘s gonna help me a lot now, thank you!!
i think we all can tell that you work hard on your videos and that makes them great. your edits are awesome just everything is great your really underrated
I just stumbled upon your videos and they are great. I relate to a lot of the things you do for your daily routine and it gave me some new ideas for my own self improvement. Thank you for the good and informational content. People could learn a lot from your channel.
This is amazing. You definitely deserve more subscribers and be able to reach a much bigger number of people. Great content and a true inspiration while being humble and honest about it. Great job man!
I'm thinking of making a low-energy routine, a medium-energy routine, and a high-energy routine. That way I can aim to maintain the medium-energy routine every day, but if I'm feeling particularly energetic I can do my high energy one, and if I'm feeling a bit low, I can do my low-energy one. The low-energy one would involve more nurturing activities. 😊
Nice video! I like to do my workout pretty much first thing after I eat breakfast and then take a cold shower after my workout. Interesting video, thanks for sharing!👌
Great stuff man, I am inspired and good for you. Just, I have some questions. When do you : socialize (talk and meet with your friends, family and girlfriend)? Clean the house and do chores ? Take a shower (it must be everyday if you work out everyday, especially after a swim) ? Unpack all the stuff from the boxes (you said yourself in the relative video that takes a lot of time) ? Pay bills and buy stuff ? Go to the supermarket ? Search all the techniques and methods for your training, nutrition and studying ? Have fun?! I know you mentioned at the end of the video that's not exactly your daily routine, but all this "little" stuff I just numerated and more, let alone the imperfections in productivity and discipline you admitted yourself, take away A LOT of time and energy from the day, at least for me. So, I would like to know your secret for overcoming all these problems, if you have one. Also, I have some other questions : How old are you? Did you go to college and if yes what type? Do you make a living entirely from youtube (are 100-200K subscribers enough) ? You work only 2-3 hours a day? How much time did it take you to become good in your hobbies, dedicating the time you dedicate? Not aiming to put you on the spot or criticise, just curious and trying to find what I am doing wrong here. Again, great content man, and thank you.
Really happy you explained on how you don’t always have a perfect day. It makes us feels a lot better about ourselves, along with showing that you aren’t really any different than we are :)
wowowow I'm really enjoying your sense of humor! Perfect video to watch through a lunch break. I just arrived on your channel and definitely I'm staying here for much longer!
Within in 5 sec i liked your video i really love all your experemental videos and all of them are super funny super entertaining and super knowlegeable all the very best for your life and you well be the biggest youtuber in future
So proud you're eating plant-based :D! Great, keep it up :) (Also: super thanks for this great video! Lovely and helpful to have insight into your routine.)
I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
Hey, I absolutely loved this video and request you to come up with more such content. I actually took notes and planned my day around it and I am going to start following this from tomorrow. I appreciate the hard work you put in all your videos. You deserve so much better. More power to you. Love from India!
Something interesting for a video idea leading up to your Ultraman is an in-depth look at your athletic meal plan. The macros, the supplements and specifics of everything that goes into your mouth in a day. 🤘🏼💪🏼
Thanks for the idea! I'm super busy organizing the Ultraman, so I think I won't be able to create a video like that before Ultraman... but maybe afterwards😎!
Great and inspiring video, as always Jonne! But let's be honest, for people with jobs and families a daily routine like this is "a bit" impossible :D ... but it's really impressive to see someone being so motivated and productive!!! Thank you, Jonne!!!
Hello mate. I’m glad I‘ve found your channel. I have a question for you. Where do you find all these ideas, rules? Are you simply looking for something interesting and challenging? Or did you just combine different things from books that you have read? Hope you know what I mean. Greetings from Poland 🔥
Most of the things are from books I've read :) I also wrote a summary of some of the best books, you can download it for free here: unlazyway.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/The-Unlazy-Cheat-Sheet.pdf
This is pretty incredible, how constant you are is really inspiring, thank you for this video 😀😀 I was wondering also what noise cancelling headphone you use and if they are any good?
Thanks! I'm using the Sony WH-1000XM2 headphones. One of the best investments I've made, I've had them for over a year and I still use them all the time! (there's also an upgraded version nowadays)
Please take your Vitamins AFTER a meal otherwise they may not be absorbed very well cuz they pass your small intestine too fast! After your oatmeal would be good for example! :) (maybe you learned this already but still good to know for everyone I guess)
🥸 If you are still mixing your morning smoothie at night, it’s best to not blend it in the evening so it’s sitting all the hours you sleep. What happens is the ingredients will begin degrading because of oxidation from the metal blades. I recommend putting your smoothie ingredients in the blender canister in your refrigerator. Then when you wake up in the morning, just pop it on the blender, mix it up, and down the hatch. 😋 Enjoy!
I love u so much... Love the last part with all the honesty stuff.. 😊 Ur the best... You gona make it to 100k soon.. Soooo exciting.. I'm here from when u were under 30..
What's your daily routine? Let's share some ideas🤩

hmm... if you're vegan that won't work for every day.
This lockdown has thrown my daily routine out of whack. But i love the 'MITs'
It takes several weeks to form a habit. So don't change it all at once, take one thing at a time and with small steps you'll get there eventually
If I was quarter productive as you, my family would be concern hahaha
The ocean seemed cold but the water was very clear and nice! And I’m interested in what you eat. My challenge is to drink a lot of water hehe
Stay safe!
Thats so relatable about productiveness🙄😂
Daily routines are so hard for me. I’ll get really motivated, write it all out, go strong for a week and then one morning it all goes to shit. I know it’s like running- it’s all about consistency. Thanks! Farnam Street blog is a great way to start reading about the mental models: fs.blog/mental-models/
OMG!!! He's one of the most underrated youtuber!! He deserves more subs... more people need to see his content.
Thank you for your support 🤩!
Wow, total respect for the honest part at the end. This is something everyone needs to realize, of course people on social media put their best self out there. Yep, I'll do a Q&A at some point :) thanks!
During quarantinne my day looks messy but in normal type of life (I mean school etc. without pandemic) I've been doing a lot of stuff
The video content is great, Jonne. I think it’s great that you share honest ways to help us all improving ourselves. Lockdown has forced me to make the most out of my day. Now I have time to improve myself and the things I enjoy a lot more. 👍🏻
Awesome to hear that Jayden!
3 words, that’s all it needs : impressive and inspiring ♥️

Great job man!
A very inspiring video! I especially love the concept of the mental models, will definitely start learning them.
Awesome Max!
Man I'm so glad for the last 2 minutes!!
Thx for being honest! Keep up the good work!
That's an awesome routine too, surely gives you a boost in the morning!
Great video, I especially enjoyed the honesty at the end. Great to show what you aspire to do everyday, coupled with the reality that life deals us

I love how he gets so many things done in the day whereas I just write a page or read a few pages and I am done that's my day.😂😂
Dude! You make my day. Your optimism is infectious. Thanks for inspiring me, your awesome!
Really happy you explained on how you don’t always have a perfect day. It makes us feels a lot better about ourselves, along with showing that you aren’t really any different than we are :)
Awesome to hear that :) !
Appreciate the honest talk at last. 😁👍
You have really productiv day. Thanks for the ideas.I will try some of these.

@@TheUnlazyWay Hey, yes! please keep 'em coming...we love it. Thank you for replying...you made my day. :)
The disclaimer at the end. YES. 🥳 You are the master 🙂
True, but I hope this video shares some ideas that people can use to create their own routines!
@@TheUnlazyWay Exactly! Much appreciated!!!
Man I aspire to have a routine like yours and to be as consistent as you are. Chapeaux
Just remember that this was my ideal daily routine, I can rarely stick to it 100% 😁
Keep grinding, you motivate me. Gonna try to add some of this stuff to my routine tomorrow.
Very inspiring 😊 wish I could be that disciplined. Great videos
i fucking love you man. i can't thank you enough!!
Wow, thanks🤩 love your support!
Awesome video, got to work on a better daily routine for myself.
This is another great video. I am super hyped for the upcoming challenges!

:)
(maybe you learned this already but still good to know for everyone I guess)
great statement at the end of the video!

Wooow, thanks 🤩!!
I love the ending in this video. Lot's of love from Germany
Great video! Would you mind sharing which website blocker and micromanager you use? ☺️
Appreciate the ending bro. Also a question that arose to me was, do you get enough calories in? And what about your macros?
🥸 If you are still mixing your morning smoothie at night, it’s best to not blend it in the evening so it’s sitting all the hours you sleep. What happens is the ingredients will begin degrading because of oxidation from the metal blades. I recommend putting your smoothie ingredients in the blender canister in your refrigerator. Then when you wake up in the morning, just pop it on the blender, mix it up, and down the hatch. 😋 Enjoy!
Good to know, thanks :) !
Super cool and inspiring... and as always, the honest bit at the end:) Feel like I need to get my ass into gear!
