Another relaxing half hour with a cuppa watching the comings and goings of Crook Street, a couple of tantalising glimpses of the new LNWR Warehouse, thanks for posting the video.
Incredible to see this once again. All these realistic operations are fantastic to see, I love the work you've put in to make this so functional & alive. Brilliant
Will I ever tire of Crook Street. No It has so much detail and atmosphere. Quite simply brilliant. A good day to watch the video in a blustry Cumbria that reminds me of my previous 30 years in Bolton.
Thanks Manda, no they're all kits, some of them are pretty ancient though. These days the BR period is the most popular so the pre-grouping kits are out of production.
@@lnwrcrookstreet9954 Hi there. Yeah, I am beginning on a project to model the Midland in the pre-WWI period, and it's virtually all scratchbuild or bash. Slaters' new 140 pound minimum to the EU doesn't help, but c'est la vie!
Now,to throw a bit of drama,into the mix,how about a visit from the L&Y,as a LITTLE EGBERT,which would really turn heads! Through freights,anyone?? Thank you 😇 😊!
The best model railway that I have seen, thanks for sharing
Amazing !- what a beautiful railway and great film work too
Great, that 4-6-0 is beautiful 😍
It's a fairly humble 19" Goods, if engines had feelings I'm sure it would be overjoyed to be considered beautiful...!
@@lnwrcrookstreet9954 oh I'm sure they do and it really is beautiful

Thanks John!
Absolutely fab! Love the background of houses where the turntables sited 👍

Thanks David, I was up in Cumbria hillwalking last week, ATB
Your camera work just gets better and better. I never tire of watching your model railway.
Once again, a brilliant video, thoroughly enjoy these. The way you capture everything is very lifelike. And your narration is always so clear.
Wonderful. Such atmosphere. That was a real treat. Thank you.
I love this! I envy you having such space for an O gauge layout of all things, it looks spectacular, well done!
Thanks Monster!
Love these videos. This and Peckforton are my favourite narrated train videos.
Superb vid....please keep them coming!
Enjoyed watching. Its always a pleasure.
Wow! Loved the vid! Keep up the good work. #trainheadsrepresent #choochoo
Excellent as usual…. please indulge the ignorant of matters LNW (myself) by confirming the classes of locomotives.
Thanks. The engines are: Ramsbottom 0-6-0ST Special Tank, GCR 9J 0-6-0 (LNER J11), G1 0-8-0 (Super D), 19" Goods 4-6-0, 4'6" 2-4-0 Side Tank (Chopper Tank).
What camera do you use
Nothing special, just a mobile phone, a Pixel 5. Upside is it fits into small spaces, downside is zoom is rubbish!
What an absolutely wonderful layout! I see a lot of wagons here I've never seen as kits, do you scratchbuild them?

That's VERY tempting - those large boilered Lanky 0-8-0s are magnificent beasts, ATB
I'd like to see this with more grime, clutter, litter and weeds. Lots and lots of weeds.
Hahaha! if I did, it would look like the 1980s. It's meant to be the 1920s, they looked after the railways a bit better then!
