Thank you! I'm so glad my PCP here in the US told me to look you up and follow you. Hrt is helping me so much, and it's thanks to your knowledge that I started using it. 💐

Thank you Dr Louise, you are an angel, 🌹 and I love how you are trying to change this culture. I know the barriers to HRT on the NHS baffle you, I have my own reasons for why those happen. I have ideas for other topics and I am that annoying autistic woman who has asked for you to speak on meno and autism. I appreciate you have lots of other research and work to do as well, though.

I've been using everol sequi combined patches for the past 2 months as well as the vaginal esriol, I'm going to be reviewed in January for testosterone, my emotional mood swings have improved greatly as well as no more night sweats and palpitations but I'm very forgetful distracted & have brain fog, the sleep is better on the 2 wks that i use the progesterone patches but as its 50mg I'm wondering if its enough, thank you for all your podcasts Dr Newson I've learned so much listening to all this it's very insightful!

Thank you so much Dr Newson. For these video's. I really need to see you...I have had total hysterectomy. Been on oestrogen patches for 20 years... PMDD when younger. 😢Very sensative to any hormones.!! ( could not tolerate progesterone when i had a womb!! Given for PMDD.!! Made it worse.!
I have hashimotos hypothyroid. And Adrenal Insufficiency.
My libido is non existant. Zero Adrenal function.
On daily hydrocortisone for life! I have tried DHEA tablets. Did not really notice much difference?
I would love to see you.
I am fatigued, lack energy, memory issues. Lack of strength....non existant libido..
Discussed libido isdues with two Endo's..Just not interested..!!!
In my late 30's i went into early menopause. Had contant uTI's. For 2 years...!! Urethral syndtome. Going loo every 5 mins!!Fatigue. No energy. Depression..Felt so ill. Looked very ill..Saw fantastic gynae. She gave me an oestrogen and testosterone implant.
I was literally a differrent person..Better than i had felt for years...My goodness what a difference between lack of and having the right dose of hormones makes....
So i have thyroxine. Estrogen. Hydrocortisone replacement.
I believe testosterone is also produced in the Adrenals.
I lost my Adrenal function and libido at the same time.
I wonder if i am now lacking any testosterone...? I feel my body is not functioning normally at all.
Can i come and see you please?

Hi Dr Newson, first of all thank you so much for these videos they are such a great help I have learned so much. Not sure if you can answer this question or not? As I know your so busy. I was taking utrogestan but now my doctor had changed for a cheaper brand Gepretix 100mg does this make any difference? Been on HRT for 7 months haven’t noticed any difference I have so many symptoms I feel like im a hypochondriac. My doctor has changed my hrt patches from 25 to 50 been taking these now for three weeks no change as yet. Praying to God that something happens. Thank you for everything that you do you are truly a blessing to women. ❤

YES testosterone is great for ADHD and extra thick brain fog !
It litterally saved my life in 2 days. Estrogen + progesterone didn't cut it... For other symptoms it took betwen 24 hours to two months to feel a great change... ❤

With all due respect it takes longer then two days to see improvement. My menopause trained NP said it would take several weeks.

Do you mean testosterone started to work in 2 days? My Dr, Dr Newson, and other women online say it takes weeks and to be patient.

Can you start Estrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone at the same time? Or should you start one first and then add the rest a few weeks later?

Thank you for another great video! I was on testosterone and they said my hemoglobin went up and had to take me off. I don’t ever hear anybody talking about this or even having their blood tested. The testosterone is working for me so I was really disappointed. Any advice on how to make it work? Thank you!

It might be valid, but IDK, given how fantastic testosterone is for so many ailments I would definitely consult someone else.
Google may help you, but I don't see how the low doses of bio identical T recommended by the NHS could hurt, seriously.
I got mine on dokteronline, pretending I was a man.
But next time, my Obgyn will prescribe it to me because she sees the benefits...
