I worked at a McD's when i was young and dumb. But it gave me an appreciation for folk that work in fast food, because now, it's extremely rare for me to lose patience when it takes forever to go through the drive-through. They're generally doing their best, and with McDonald's turnover rate they're often short-handed.
I worked at Carl’s Jr., and I’m the opposite. I get more frustrated in the drive through when I know it should go smoother. I treat them nice, but it still frustrates me.
Tom Arnold is one of my favorite comedians from the good old 90s. His act has always been like this, by the way. High strung and rambling. When he actually used you could barely understand him. You kids who think you can spot a coked-out Tom Arnold have no idea.
Flex Piper A long term cocaine habit and heavy drinking will do that to a person. It is way to ingrained in him. He can be clean of all substances for 50 or 60 years and still those old drug habit traits.
I couldn't focus on his story because at about halfway in I noticed how short the temples of his glasses are. I mean, dude they don't even reach your ears,
Funny ( har, har), Knocking on small towns. And judging Tom Arnold. Judge yourself. I don't care what jobs he has had, where he's from or how fast and out of breath he sounds. And I also think his story is a good story with a nice ending. People in these comments are always trying to bring a brother down, I bet Tom has had a more successful life than most everyone commenting. Grow the F up man.
He's not joking. And I doubt it was meant as an insult. I grew up in a small town, and yeah, you get weird sounding people. Hell, I'M a weird sounding people.
Well he did just explain to us that he would eat a lot McDonalds and drugs...so yeah of course he had to relax and take a breath plus he is in front of crowds its nerve wrecking
Years of abuse does that to many people, it fries you. Also that’s how he’s always done his act. He’s not high at all; you should’ve seen him when he was actually using back in the day.
I used to work overnight at a 7-11 and at one point I was the only overnight worker out of 4 who didn't get fired for stealing and selling alcohol after hours/underage.
Tom Arnold professes to be clean and sober since the early 90s. Man, there is NO way he didn't do cocaine right before the set. The shallow breathing, his pupils were so dilated his eyes looked black.
When i was a young guy i had friends working in a couple of the major fast food outlets. Lot of free burgers and pizza. Thanks guys i would have gone hungry without you.
My buddy had a girlfriend who was the store manager at a McDonald’s. She would bring home cards for free food if they took too long. She took them home because she did not want employees stealing them. When my friendship was over with this guy cuz he would not pay me a few hundred he owed for weed I took several boxes with hundreds of cards in each box for free drink and food. Amounted to around 3,000 and I sold them or used them. I got my money. My buddy went on to shot somebody and ended up in prison for years and years.
I always find it amusing when fast food joints and chain stores do drug testing, lie detector test, deep background checks for minimum wage jobs. Isn't it shitty enough to be working at a place like that? I mean I worked for a few and I certainly wasn't gung ho over my employment. I couldn't imagine the depression that would come from a place like that telling you they are the ones not interested. Lol
Oh, no shit, I worked at Taco Bell when I was in High school and would hook up my friends. When one time, I gave out some free Chicken Burritos to one... only for him to seriously come back and bitch at my manager about how the rice on his (Free) Chicken Burritos was a little too overcooked and he wanted to be compensated with free ones to make up for it. Leaving me like ''Are you fucking kidding me???''
It's just the guys name. It's no problem. Really its Tom's fault as he should know you arent suppose to use the guys full name, a first name would have been fine.
This honestly was one of the better ones I have seen in a while, but I just smoked a joint so less just blame it on that. And no it was not laced lol 😂
Man ran through that story like he had to take the biggest piss of his life lmao
BetterKnownAsDK cocaine lol
I think it's just his comedy style
No. That's cocaine.
longgroove i’m sure you would know lol
Witch story lol the yay carried bim threw 14
I love how these comedians are introduced like they’re Super Smash Bros characters lmao
Lmao
Yeah, except with podcasts 😂
This feels like the story I hear before he asks me for $3 and/or a couple of cigarettes.
Actually to be now exact, about $3.50
Cocaine is a helluva drug
He earned those cigarettes
You can really hear those rocks stuck in the back of his nostrils
Thanat Kimmy tho 😂
He was in the back room “not” snorting rails with Drew Carey before the show
Wrong episode.
Because they look the same
I knew I was going to find this Comment
Right
He was doing lines with Farley

Worked at Wendy's as a teenager, I can definitely relate lol.. Shit's rough..
Same
Yes I also worked at McDonald's and it was a tough job. I always appreciate fast food workers😊
I worked at Carl’s Jr., and I’m the opposite. I get more frustrated in the drive through when I know it should go smoother. I treat them nice, but it still frustrates me.
Play at 2x speed to see his heart shatter his ribs
Holy shit
It's like that at normal speed!
WTF slow your roll buddy
Play it in the slowest speed talk about interesting
*McRibs
I feel out of breath for him
I was thinking that same thing.
He's breathtakingly handsome. I feel the same..
Roseanne sat on his chest and crushed his lungs. True story. That why they got divorced.
Cocain is a hell of a drug lol
Well said lol
Tom Arnold is a hell of a drug
I honestly think that he was on meth. I'm doing lots of coke and I just feel like he's too up for just Coke. But I've never done meso I don't know
Yeah this is fuckin sad.
“Fuck yo couch!”
Does anyone actually like seeing the intros for these? I skip them every time.
I think I've seen them all and the only one I've ever chuckled at was the one where ari is being chased by baby versions of himself
No...Not at all..They truly suck!!!😁😎
Mellotronster
Every time. It is just a stupid couple minute waste of time.
I like the Ari ones
I Like them, THEY ARE tense

"I got sober" Those 5 days must have been rough.
Hey, you don't know what you're talking about.
I was fired from McDonald's for deepthroating a cone in front of my coworkers and customers I am happy with my decision
Spencer Schleicher :)
Why did you do that ?
Thats hilarious
damn.... i laughed harder at this comment than tom's set
Spencer they should've had you up there. I actually laughed at you.
The way Tom Arnold inhales every sentence is making me die😂😂😂
Nose sounds packed full, Talks faster than a Lamborghini, And can't quite seem to stay still to save his life.
Hmm. 🤔
Stop methin around - guy from ottumwa
decades of drug abuse will do that
Weird. I act like that all the time. Don't play with drugs of any kind. No wonder people think I'm high.
Flex Piper
A long term cocaine habit and heavy drinking will do that to a person. It is way to ingrained in him. He can be clean of all substances for 50 or 60 years and still those old drug habit traits.
Also keeps touching his nose thats a big give away.idk why but you can never stop fucking with your nose.
"It was an exciting place to work." LMAO
19thHour fast food is the best, pays shitty but it's rarely boring.
This is an actual real "feel good" story. Respect to Tom.
Kevin O'Brien, the owner of the Iowa City McDonalds, is a good guy and has raised some good kids.
+Vicodyn What possesses someone to respond like this?
ryan, a sad pathetic life and probably a very tiny member I think
A depressed, very small person who has no joy in their life.
ryan probably a vicodyn
I worked for him too, pretty great dude.
Wow! I loved that episode of SNL! I didn’t realize Tom was the manager. RIP to the greatest ever, Phil Hartman
I couldn't focus on his story because at about halfway in I noticed how short the temples of his glasses are. I mean, dude they don't even reach your ears,
LMAO! annndd now it can't be unseen. I'm out!
My day is ruined.
Now I have to stop watching
You are what's wrong with this World
Damnit...
Tom Arnold looks like someone stuck Fred Armisen in a microwave.
Accurate lmfao
This feels insane to me, I've had this same thought since the 90's.
He's not on drugs; he's just from Ottumwa, IA.
Funny ( har, har), Knocking on small towns. And judging Tom Arnold. Judge yourself. I don't care what jobs he has had, where he's from or how fast and out of breath he sounds. And I also think his story is a good story with a nice ending. I've been to Ottumwa and it ain't pretty. @@jasonwb6884
I live in a similar small town in Iowa, they ain't exaggerating @@jasonwb6884
He's not joking. And I doubt it was meant as an insult. I grew up in a small town, and yeah, you get weird sounding people. Hell, I'M a weird sounding people.
@@jasonwb6884 feel better?
Man that Kevin guy sounds like a super good dude. I hope he’s retired and enjoying life away from a McDs
That was straight up heart warming! Awesome job and good luck Bobby.
Breathe my man. Take your time. Gasping for breath at times. Was he nervous or was it timing!? He’s funny.
"Boy, the kids at the home are going to be pretty sad." Lmao that was great
That cow story sounds awesome. That was some smart thinking on helping the kids with the big breakfast. Had me rolling. Was fun to watch. Great video
I like how they bleep out the manager's name but then tell you he said it in a sketch that you can also look up on youtube.
Its apparently "O'Brien."
I wonder if he knows about this lol I'm going to show him in a few weeks.
Haha we just texted his wife and he confirmed Tom Arnold was a terrible worker
Sam Black we are 7 people away from everybody I guess, lol.
Kevin O'Brien. Awesome dude!! I was a manager for him for a little while.
Take a shot every time he says anyway
Mandatory complaints
1. Where's Ari?
2. These intros always suck.
Semper fidelis
This was Ari's show!
Ooh-rah!
Ari sold it to Comedy Central so they could ruin it.
Who in the fuck complains about the intros ? Don't like em, skip em... what, is it so hard ? Fucking idiots.
Tom is a legend.
This guy always makes me laugh my ass off.
Such a fantastic, hilarious story!!!!
is he a propane salesman now?
Amshu Chitrakar haha Hank Hill
Damnit Bobby
Amshu Chitrakar genius
That boy ain't right
_"Uuuh Peggy, get ma gun"_
That intro was worth the price of admission! HAHAHA
As a recovering addict/alcoholic you can always tell someone's speaker meeting material.
He actually sounds pretty chilled out compared to his gigs in the 90's.
No. That is not a joke.
It's hard to actually enjoy it when he's taking a deep breath every other second. That and he can't finish some of his sentences.
Well he did just explain to us that he would eat a lot McDonalds and drugs...so yeah of course he had to relax and take a breath plus he is in front of crowds its nerve wrecking
Literally didn’t notice it until I read dis comment
That’s drugs for ya
I’m glad I spent the time being regaled about what a scoundrel he is.
So the moral of the story is: He used to be on drugs. And he still is?
To quote Mitch Hedberg:
"I used to do drugs. I still do, but I used to, too."
Years of abuse does that to many people, it fries you. Also that’s how he’s always done his act. He’s not high at all; you should’ve seen him when he was actually using back in the day.
Moral of the story is You used to be able to steal from your job on a ridiculous level. Very Joey Diaz Esque
eric owens "so i sold his cow" thats stealing like 500$ maybe a grand depending on the cow
I used to work overnight at a 7-11 and at one point I was the only overnight worker out of 4 who didn't get fired for stealing and selling alcohol after hours/underage.
He should tell the story of how he helped the bogus Peter Criss lol
I love all of the cocaine comments lol
This is painful to listen to.
I love the intros for these.
Did Tom Arnold relapse directly before performing this story?
I am a big fan of Tom Arnold. I watched Rosanne when I was a kid and I worked at Mcdonalds as a teen.
sniff sniff HI I'M TOM ARNOLD
Sounds like he has a quarter pounder sugar booger in his nose..
I think he was high AF! His standup is so much better! And he bought me a shot, maybe cause I bought his tshirt
This man look like *Crank Hill*
Did he just run 5 miles before starting his set? Ol' Tom seems out of breath
cocaine is exhausting to maintain for a 10 minute set.
Go watch him on Hot Ones, I was seriously scared he was going to have a heart attack.
coke
Liam Lloyd ol' tom is old. And probably on coke
Sounds like he’s breathing out his mouth
So sweet.
Tom Arnold professes to be clean and sober since the early 90s. Man, there is NO way he didn't do cocaine right before the set. The shallow breathing, his pupils were so dilated his eyes looked black.
That's a classic skit with Phil Hartman in the McDonald's. I didn't know Tom Arnold was in it. Hahaha
You guys are crazy, this set is hilarious. Sure, he's nervous (I'm assuming that's why he's breathing so heavy) but the content is great.
His content is good. Not denying that. But there's more to comedy than that. (Also, don't take the comments too seriously, for your health)
Drugs likely harmed his lungs.
He did too much coke in the 80s & 90s and he’s just like that now
I think it has to do with trying to pace the jokes and talking fast
I was thinking more meth with how twitchy verbally twitchy he sounds.
When i was a young guy i had friends working in a couple of the major fast food outlets. Lot of free burgers and pizza. Thanks guys i would have gone hungry without you.
He made amends, that's lovely
Every time I see Tom Arnold. I think of him shooting at his van in that movie Hit and Run. Most hilarious clip of all time.
The comments are funnier than the stand up...but i always like tom arnold...true lies...classic
I had no fucking clue where this was going until he got there. I love tom. What a guy
My buddy had a girlfriend who was the store manager at a McDonald’s. She would bring home cards for free food if they took too long. Best story he ever told. I hope its true

You're the hero we need and deserve.
Tom’s breathing like he ate every single one of those 157 McDonald’s Big Breakfasts right before he went onstage.
I always find it amusing when fast food joints and chain stores do drug testing, lie detector test, deep background checks for minimum wage jobs. I thought he was going to give the piglet a piece of meat.
Same. That would have been wrong, but more funny.
for some reason i enjoyed this
the temples of his glasses are too short. rocking a 140mm when he needs a 150.
The fuck?
aramdosuzman they're not temples they're called posts.
I suspect you're just blowing comments out of your muffler.
Maybe they hurt his ears so he wears them this way instead
Are you guys seriously arguing over his glasses? Lame
The intro with the pig is hilarious !!
I want to know the story of how many times Tom's nose has caved in due to excessive cocaine use, he talks like his nose fell out.
I love this guy in animal factory
This standup had the least laughs I’ve ever heard in any of these videos, and I agree lol
Was a good one. Even the intro was funny. Y'all improved.
Breathing like he just did a line of fire right before the set
amazing story !!!
Anyway...
BREATHE
That was an awesome McDonald’s story!! So much food. For the kids in the home!!!
"uncensored // no bleeps, no blurs, no problem"
Problem: this version has bleeps
It's just the guys name. It's no problem.
Really its Tom's fault as he should know you arent suppose to use the guys full name, a first name would have been fine.
Great story🙏
Too fast, no delivery
love the intros
sounds like his nose is blocked
This honestly was one of the better ones I have seen in a while, but I just smoked a joint so less just blame it on that. And no it was not laced lol 😂

Those pockets on the McUniforms are so small I can barely fit a boxcutter in there. Thanks Tom.
This guys voice stresses me out
Well it appears someone did some coke before they did this lol
Kind of want to see Louis CK on here
Hadolf itler imagine Louis CK coming on this show and the beginning of his story is just “so... here’s my side of the story” I’d shit myself
@@michaeljordanpeterson8590 omg yesss
Louie would have a legendary story for this
You could of ended up at HamburgerU LMAO!!
Great stuff Tom Arnold
Sad thing this would be a believable story at any point in this guys life.
Ending was so sweet
His pupils are too big to be under so much light
KingKoopa
I was thinking the same brother.
Coke does that lol
Eli Cole I think he's on speed bro.
Why does it matter anymore. Let people live
i've never seen someone so excited to tell a tale about McDonald's.
this guy seems like he's panicking the entire time
That's Tom Arnold in a nutshell. His delivery is like a torture victim who gave in.
Take a shot every time he says "anyway" and you'll be as shithoused as he is
I would never hire this guy for anything
I voted for every strike that came up, I didn't even read the paper work! LMFAO!
