Do you have any lefties that can come on the channel. The left side is different and breaks down differently. Maybe some videos on how to play a sport pattern on the left side and how to build a lefty arsenal. How it's different from a right handers lane arsenal.

It's always fun to have a ball that gives you forgiving miss room. For me it is often hard to tell when a ball is burning up early unless I see a definitive hook-stop. When you are still in the pocket, it is hard to convince yourself to make a change. When you do change you better have a good idea what the next ball will do which is hard because the transitions can be different (carry-down vs burn) and you need experience with making that change (practice - never enough). You don't want to spend several frames figuring it out. My leagues house starts out with the house shot in good shape, and then we see carry down early in game 1. Then it starts burning up by the end of game 1 and by the end of game 2 is really transitions quickly.

Great vid, Valerie and thanks for walking us through your ball choice decision-making process.
What’s your process for the following situation: you made your initial ball choice, are striking at Will, and then start leaving corners. You’re loathe to immediately switch balls and risk sequencing through the “wrong balls”
and wasting frames, so you try adjusting, first. Maybe it’s an angle change, ball speed, tilt or rotation, etc.
At what point of not striking do you stop trying to trick it with adjustments and just go for the ball change?
I struggle with this at times, where I either stay in one ball too long and try to “fix” the corner pin carry issue, or I make the ball change too soon and make things worse.
Do you have any suggestions as to how to approach this situation?
Thank you and best of luck on the upcoming Tour season!

This video totally reminds me of my Effect to Stealth Hybrid change out. Of course, I’m too much of a coward to bail on the Effect when I’m leaving ten pins until I leave three in a row. Wish I could transition faster. Would definitely help my game progress.

When you line up. Do you use the inside of your slide shoeor the middle part if your shoe?

Always have a tough time knowing if I should throw a shinny asym vs shinny symm.
