Just got a Monkey last week, buddy has the Honda Trail, not a fan of the semi automatic transmission, been riding for 50 years, not the same without a clutch. Once I saw the Monkey on the showroom floor I was sold. Future Classic. Up here in Canada 🇨🇦 the dealers sell them as fast as they get them. Wait times can be months. Enjoy 😎
Just stunning! I really think the colors and style is way better than the 2022 version. But I’m still leaning towards the Dax ST-125, which I believe, you cant get in USA, but we can in the rest in the world. I am from Denmark, and all the Honda mini motors are imported here: Grom, Monkey, Dax etc, so we just need to choose which one we like and order it.. pretty hard choice though!!
it really is a beautiful bike, the choice was hard but when it comes to comfort i would choose the monkey over any bike. if you’re lookin for a more street look tho the grom is the way to go for sure! hope ya get a bike soon they’re hella fun 😁
Picked up my Monkey a few weeks ago. Even if the Dax was available in the U S, I still would have bought a Monkey because of the manual clutch. I don't regret buying the Monkey. Thye more I ride it, the more I like it.
Hoping they do not have the transmission problems of the 2022. Just bought a 2023 6/13/2023 same as yours. These do have a 600 mile break in you know. The dealer had 4 on the floor, so far after 120 miles seems the trans is OK. Checked for recalls, there are none.

Between the Grom and Monkey which one would be a better base for an adventure bike?
definitely the monkey because it has off road tires and a dual rear suspension as opposed to the grom where it only has one
