The reason we get period on the trips, even if we are due for couple of days & we get it early is because of high cortisol. (Stress hormone) We as women stress for smallest things, as you mentioned you were so stressed about missing the second flight, hence. We move around a lot & the stress builds up & then body wants us to immediately rest. This is scientific. Happens with literally 99% of women in the world.

I love watching your vlogs, but the audio while you speak is too low and the bg music is too high comparatively. I end up uping the volume to barely understand what you’re saying and the next moment the bg music blasts. Maybe try adjusting the two. This is just a suggestion. Keep going!

Hey, what's the name of the town you went for dolphin excursion and the place/people who took you for it?
Lovina was the name of the town! There’s hundreds of places there that can take you for it as that’s what the towns best known for! We found someone on trip advisor :))
