2:43 I dont think he is used to this kind of window mechanism. You dont turn it 180° to open the whole window. Your supposed to turn 90° to open it. It can damage the window and (in extreme cases but i have seen this hapen befor) break apart. No hate just to let you know.

i don't mean to be rude but i honestly want to know how you didn't get busted up on the addick!, you broke a handle to a door that is basically a balcony, that door had a right to be like that cause it was for employees to escape in case of an emergency! also the key to the elevators controls are off liments too and the key should not be where it should

Ought to be a guard around the spinning directional disc, just as the driven sheave has a guard over it. Serious safety hazard exposed like this.
True but most of the time the machine rooms are kept locked.
That "disc" is what enables you to move the elevator by hand when there is no power, or the motor/controller is broken.
