nice video - I helped my company migrated to M365 exchange online years ago, and no more chance to work the exchange on-prem. So I just wondered which business would still prefer to stay in the on-prem? ( especially during and after the Covid WFH mode)
Because by changing the user to a new user, you would lose all the history in active directory and Microsoft exchange. Whereas simply adding an additional email address would be useful if the employee was becoming an external contractor for example.

We are migrating now. From what I hear is that if it wasn't a requirement to move within the next couple years, they would never move from on-prem.
Why would you go through exchange AC to add an email to an existing user when you can go through the AC and add a new user with a new email?
