The second option fixed this for me. I had to mess with it a few times and restarted about three times as well, but it finally worked. I have a PTK-640 (Intros 4 Medium) on an M3 MBP that's on the latest macOS version Sonoma 14.4 for future reference to anyone who needs options.
Thank you so much! I've got a Huion tablet and I couldn't make it to work on my mac for years. Now everything is working fine agains, it was this Input Monitoring setting, other tutorials only talked about Acessibility settings and wasn't enough. Thank you again!

And just complaining that Apple is not good or the wacom tablet is not good. And hence, I was using windows laptop to deliver my lectures. Now, I can use the apple laptop. Thank you for a great video BUT I cannot get this to work!! All was good until I got a new M2, I have done an uninstall and reinstalll of WACOM and gone thru all your steps. But I still get that warning saying I need to go to privacy & security as we'll as Input monitoring. I have no idea what it could be. Thank you again..any suggestions?

ive done all the steps you said, and i still get a "Compatible display device not found" error when trying to open my "display settings" in the wacom app. everything works fine i just really need to adjust the coloring to match my macbook display.
my tablet works but when clicking to map my tablet or the pen setting it doesn't do anything other than open my Apple System Settings panel. any idea why? Thank you for the other useful info!

The only thing recommended that I can't do is turn on the button in the 'privacy & security" -> "Files and Folders" section as it doesn't show up there. Any further ideas are much appreciated.
