My original classic baffle had the rtv silicone at the front of the baffle. Is that needed for vibration or leakage?

We definitely recommend it for Chrome end caps so that the exhaust gas does't leak and discolor the chrome!

What are the loudest baffles you offer for your slip on mufflers? I have a 09 ultra classic with your slip on mufflers and would just like for it to be a little louder but like the tone of your mufflers.

@@rinehartracing4419 sorry for the late response but the tip openings are 3 inches at the back but the pipe looks bigger so maybe 3.5 pipe with a 3 inch tip?

Baffle changes are optional. We offer different baffles that provide a different riding experience, but you do not have to make a change if you don't want to!
