@@deusvult7947 I actually prefer buttons, especially if your in the middle of nowhere and need to make repairs, I even modded my ACU's, TRU's, etc to be like my BDU's.
Original RAID mods are, by definition, individual and not related to any brand name. This set of RAID mods was compiled and produced under the brand name Bulle Field Equipment. The Vietnam ones are not genuine issue AFAIK, as velcro is not a 1960-1975 feature, and post 1990s, those camo patterns would only be used by PMCs or possibly very specialised units.
Great to hear the appreciation for "innovation." In the 90's, all i ever heard it called was "out of regs."
This lady is extremely based. Respect.
First raid mod shirts were made by the MACV-SOG guys in Vietnam. The took lower pockets and sewed them to the upper arm.
If somebody came up with a silent velcro the military would be even happier.
Neodymium magnets 🤷🏻♂️
@@tyshepherd6655I agree with this but they need to be wider and flatter to cover the entire pocket size, I'm sure it can be done.
They are called buttons.

Learn how to sew bro. It's insanely useful all around. You can RAID mod your entire getup for the cost of a $100 sewing machine from any dept store.
Damn I wish mom was like you lol
