I didn't like Takako in Frozen one yes she's one of them who really fits Elsa but i found her voice too screamy and sharp so she was just in my like catogary. She would now be in my top 15 in the 13 place Now i love her she sings powerfully but with alot of emotion and not screamy also the love and magic she gives Elsa is incredible. Love this song so much.

Oshiete means Tell Me / Teach me
It can also mean "show me" which is what they are using it for here
As example "oshiete doko ni iru no" translate to "show me where you are"
They used that to Make it Grammatically Beautiful :)
You can't translate word by word for song or else that will be grammatically awful
