I got the pb600 some days ago I used on a Ford that it was not cranking and the tip stayed positve even I change the setting to multimiter and the tip it has the + all time now I cant use it 😢

Oh man that's not cool! I did actually check that off camera because I wanted to see what the reading were. Using my Fluke 87 I was seeing +/- 0.1V difference on the positive from what the battery voltage actually was. The ground was 0 ohms. Definitely sounds like you got a dud.
