Would be funny for the secret level episode to do a what happens when a game's universe shutdown ? Basically seeing all the characters getting disintegrated and trying to escape
There probably wasn’t much point in making concord free to play. Concord was already a massive expense for Sony and it failed miserably so no return on investment was made and it didn’t even come close to breaking even. So from that perspective there’s no real reason to keep paying firewalk and upkeep on the servers. It’s cheaper to just drop the whole thing. Even if it was free to play I really cannot envision the game making much money.
Im annoyed at this, not because they didn't deserve it but because now i cant stop thinking about the hi-fi rush developers being screwed over by Microsoft.
I am SO DISAPPOINTED that they didn’t rerelease Concord. We could’ve gotten a Morbius situation where it would’ve inevitably flopped again (both garbage products were made by Sony)😂 On the bright side Fairgame$ is going to be Concord 2, and it’s a coin toss as to whether or not the Marathon revival will be Concord 3 (it will never not be funny that Sony WASTED 3.6 BILLION dollars on a studio that hasn’t made a good game since Halo Reach in 2011. That was 13 years ago)😂
It's funny how Sony was propably chasing after some easy multiplayer money when they have IPs like Killzone, Resistance and SOCOM But naah, rather than going the easy way and just remaster/remake or even just port them to modern consoles, they just had to make a freaking gigantic gamble for literally no reason
Truly one of Sony's biggest mistakes, and all it will be remembered for is how much it flopped and being on an ep of Secret Level when it finally comes out (I don't play on watching that show but I thought I'd at least think of it).
i think you're focusing too much on covering the triple a industry thus dialling in on the negativity, there's plenty of positive news about the gaming industry if you take a look at the eastern and indie scene.
Literally no one would care if AAA industry crashes. Only fan boys and nostalgia tards (who are also at fault for supporting a corrupt industry) will feel sad for AAA disappearing. Also never trust western indie devs. They have been proven constantly they cannot be trusted
@@sneakycacti we get to enjoy hearing positive stuff about good games instead of being inundated by constant doomposting about the western triple a shit dispenser
And people will let Sony off the hook as usual. They only get their pitchforks out when MS closes a studio. I do feel bad for the devs, regardless of what one employee said on Twitter. There were over 200 people working there, now they're out of a job. Nice job Sony.
Never feel sorry for horrible devs, especially when they make it clear they hate customers and hate criticism It's not charity. Make a bad product, we will not buy. Fan boy charity doesn't count

I think it's too late in the production for that
Sneakycacti you should make a video about Indie games and double AA games doing better than triple AAA.

If they actually had competent developers then the game could’ve succeeded if it was free. But now? No
“Firedwalk”
Damn! I’m jealous I didn’t think of that.
those 6 concord fanboys are crying
Like every other fanboys of with PS beanie heads.

First, also getting so tired of trend chasing in videogames I'm just glad at least indies are still here to give us new and original ideas
Wow really

Well, so much for their plans to revive Concord. 😕

I hope they all are properly fired, not repurposed, and have mortgages to pay. Herman Hulst is delusional and needs to go too
Where did concord touch you bro?
@guromenst4416 in my rectum hole
How many more Concords need to happen for PS HQ to return to Japan?
Billions more

Looks like all those talentless hacks were right.

Hulst is a BOZO this project never should have been greenlight.
The project was greenlit before PS owned Firewalk. However, Sony should never have purchased Firewalk and bet big on Concord's success...
