    In this tutorial, we provide an introduction to Lyapunov's stability analysis of dynamical systems. We state the Lyapunov stability theorem, and explain how to construct the Lyapunov function by using physical intuition about the system. We explain how to construct the Lyapunov function for the pendulum dynamical system.

    Great video, thanks for putting in the time! At 9:28, shouldn't it be V(x) > 0 for all x unequal 0, meaning there the equal sign should be crossed?

      It should be V(0)=0 and otherwise V(x)>0, for all x not equal to zero. That is what is written and what I said. Consequently, there are no errors.
