I got SOLGW tomahawk I really like the rifle. It’s very light no issue what so ever but it gets hot super fast compared to to LWRC and the grouping gets wide supper quick when it gets hot. It’s a working horse but not a precision rifle
Im guessing you use a 3x magnifier behind the t2 for the rh25 and you stow the thermal and magnifier when not in use? I have the rh25 on a Wilcox fts mount in front of a razor 1x6 and would like to hear more about running it with a red dot if possible. Great content.
It works really well, the big issue with running it in front of a t2 and 3x mag is you can’t see the menu, you’ll have to memorize your buttons if you need to adjust anything
@McAteer87 @FutilityOfReason clearly yall are skeptical lol, but Jon may have even under calculated actually. I've (Ali Rae) put at least 4K through this rifle myself at 2 separate 3-day night vision events and several weekend competitions that he let me borrow it for over the last couple years. @@palumbo78 thanks for the input! @@lastminutemiller4201 +1 on what the guy said about the buffer. That thing is so smooth. I used to have the Tomahawk, but got rid of it cause its too flashy for me lol, but man that thing was a soft shooter.

Weird thing is, I've got a tomahawk with an image of a carbine on it.
That’s kool it should hold zero all day long.
Take glock mags?
Thats a real clean rifle at 8000 rounds
Yeah

Hardly any SOLGW left in the rifle lol
enjoyed your video keep the great work give us more information thank you
sick set up
LOL so you bought the rifle just to swap out every part except for the lower/upper.
It's a great gun without changes.
Instead of doing that, he can just build another one! 😂
How do you feel about the gas block not being pinned ? And should you have it done ..?
I want that t-shirt or better yet a hoodie with that design.

Where can I get this gun these days? Everyone I call who has it listed online doesn't actually have it
'Gun I've been rocking for two years. beat this thing to death'.... that brass deflector is oddly clean..
Lol maybe his gas system is slinging brass at 12'oclock
Yeah it's really clean fo 8000 rounds

Why hasn't SOLGW offered the Veil/Tomahawk receiver set? Or at least offer this color on their other receiver sets.
Currently torn between the DDM4A1 R3 or Sons of liberty Tomahawk.
I own both… go with the Tomahawk. Absolutely LOVE this rifle.
@@palumbo78 Is there anything internally you’d change on the Tomahawk to make it better off the rip ?

Womer is a good dude.
Need the color.
I thought ‘battle rifle’ refers to larger than 5.56. Typically .308 AR-10’s, FAL’s, M1A/M14 etc

It’s from his company…says it underneath the minion 🤙🏾

Ol boy spends 2K plus on a rifle and changes everything out….😂 I’m not hating on ya, wish I had that kind of cash to burn.
Ya legos expensive legos, i dont want to pay for s bunch of parts i dont want to use.
then... don't buy them? weird comment fr
Nice gun but a civilian spending 3k on IR is crazy.
there should be more civvies spending this kind of money on gear and even more on training tbh
