Finally beat this darn snek. It took 90 ranged, a dragon dart blowpipe, rigging to only rotation 1 or 2, and dozens of fails. Total profitsnake profit: Negative 2m.
Quick tip to learning zulrah that I did. Use tournament worlds with max stats and max gear or easiest for you. And as you get more comfortable and learn the rotations. Slowly lower your stats to yours and slowly swap out gear you can realisticly afford until your finally at your lvl in osrs and in gear you can afford. The reason I started with max is because your likely to last long then if you had lower stats. I went in 1 week ago knowing nothing about zulrah in max stats and gear dieing in 10 to 20 seconds. A week later I'm now killing zulrah easy with my own gear and lvl. My stats are 80 mage/range with 70 prayer/def with full void a blowpipe and trident. Hope this helps and good luck.

This was probably one if the best guides I've seen on zulrah so far the only thing I dont understand still is how to predict where to poison clouds are going to be.
Thanks man, the dots where you're supposed to stand avoid the gas. It would be an information overload if i included exactly how to move and stand for every phase so a rough dot is the best for a chart. Also you can check the unlisted video for an example.

Great vid mate, the way i learned is i went old school and printed the phases out and taped them to the wall right next to my monitor. Also i only did the 2 melee phases first until i memorized them and then i added the range phase and finally the mage. It was really easy doing it this way and i got my first kc after only 2 deaths

I did regicide today. Now I’ve bought antivenom and bastion and karambwan. So nothing left but to do it. But I wanted to check the video one last time bc I’m nervous. Thank you for all the help. Silven no doubt man. I’ve died around ten times so far. Still no W’s. No worries. I’ll get it down. I would say maybe my defense is bad bc 80 and using void, but it’s not that that’s killing me. It’s that I lose my place on my chart and nerves go bad and stuff goes bottom up very quickly.

I was doing 1 solo kill of zulrah for western diary and to be honest it was hell for me, my best tip for everyone thats going for only 1 kill is to just go with one of the rotations also another thing iv learnt is if the first spawn is not the spawn you want you can quickly log out and log back in to reset the spawn, it saves alot in teleport costs as 1 scroll cost 20k. In my opinion anyone tryna make some decent money defo check out vorkath its soooooo much easier and almost the same peofit P/H. Also great vid bro 👍
7,400+ kn the biggest thing you can do is get 85+ magic and range and at least ahrims, trident, bp etc. without that you’ll struggle, especially considering you probably won’t have 83 construction or fairy rings and 71+ agility. Get the skills and other reqs and you’ll make a lot more
Yeah I started with something like 75 range and 82 magic (icr exact numbers but around that) and was getting decent kills per hour but 85+ for those who want to get kills comfortably. Also Ring of Suffering was the best buy ever because when you're new to it a lot of the times you'll die to recoil running out. I don't use a serp because it lowers your dps and an anti venom is fine.
Silven for learning serp helm makes zulrah idiot proof as much as it can be, I’m maxed but I get 1:30-45 second kills with serp helm which seems fairly fast.
unless you are an iron man, going for the pet, or going for the 1 KC for the diary just skip zulrah and grind out Vorkath. Vorkath is a much easier boss and has better GP/ hour

I’ve never tried Zulrah, just finished regicide, and I’ve never been more confused in my life after watching this, I stand a 0.0% chance against her even at 106 combat
Magic level and good magic gear is way more important than ranged! There's 28 Zulrah phases where she's weak to magic, and only 15 where she's weak to ranged. So if you have to decide on whether to get higher magic/ranged levels and better gear, always pick magic. No guide I've seen so far mentions this
4:38 I recommend getting OnTopReplica (github/LorenzCK/OnTopReplica) instead, it has an option to make the window ignore clicks so you can't misclick it
I either forget at which point in the rotation I am (even though I got it open on my second monitor), forget to switch my gear or my weapon, mess up my positioning or mess up my prayer. I am chaotic
This video helped me to kill Zulrah for the very first time. In 2020 almost, can you believe it. Took 7 tries, this boss is fucking frustrating. I suck. i know, but Vorkath was 434324 times easier to learn and its better money even.
You should have also covered the random "jad phase" that will spawn if you take too long to kill Zulrah. When I was learning Zulrah I kept randomly dying and not understanding why as I haven't seen any guides mentioning this. If you are low lvl and have ~5min Zulrah kills, it is very likely you will see the random "jad phase" in which case hide behind the pillar and just wait it out. Also Exilent which is a PvP client, has a Zulrah helper that makes learning Zulrah way easier.
I used to do *very* slow kills when I first started and I've never encountered a random jad phase. I also had a look around and couldn't find credible sources on it either, so if you could show a video or something that includes it I could add it to the description. But from what I know to be true Jad phase can only be at the end of each rotation and most confusion comes from mistakes people had made in the charts (which I fixed for this video). I don't know anything about that client but I'd definitely be careful around pvp clients since I've seen one get flagged for botting and a different one designed to steal information.
So I did some more digging and found that Mod Ash had added a chance for Zulrah to do something random at some point, but with my method you won't notice it much and it can't through you off that much. If you're taking too long it's true that there'll be an increased chance of random spawns but as the name suggests I can't really help if something's entirely random =/
I haven't played in years but this boss was immensely difficult for me to understand. I only tried it like 10-12 times or so but the difficulty for me is like the fact there is 4 or so different rotations she can do. If there was just one single set rotation she did every time I would have had it down no problem, but I just flubbed it up from standing in the wrong spot, or protecting the wrong prayer or something like that.
Yeah it sucks and it's tough but at 10-12 times I'd say you're pretty close to getting it and I definitely wouldn't give up if I were you. They pay off is definitely worth it =)
Sometimes it takes people like 20 tries or so, just keep at it and you'll get it. When you do succeed your first kill will make up the cash for the cost of the 20 tries.
So my question is, do you wanna move to the purple dot at the start of the phase or move there during. That's the only thing that I'm not sure on right now
That's where you want to try to be at the start of the rotation but you can be pretty close to it for most of them. Some of them you do have to be there to avoid poison.
You should probably list the gear setup so people have a checklist. Kinda like you made a list for the inventory. Curious on why you only listed the inventory and not the gear?

The Herb Sack was never lost on death I'm not sure why you said it is. That point about Items Kept On Death is definitely good to know though because now the ava's accumulator destroys on death.
I don't know about now, but you used to lose everything in your herb sack when you died at Zulrah. I haven't tested this since the video however and I don't remember the exact wording I used so I may have said it wrong.
Sucks that blowpipe and trident of swamp are basically required. I was doing it with rune cbow and trident of seas and pretty much never killed zulrah before the end of the rotation. About 1/3 of my attempts would end with the range form shooting magic at me and forcing me to die or tele lol
When I started I didn't have a blowpipe for a bit either and relied 90% on magic. It sucked because I'd have to go through 1.5 rotations but you'll eventually earn the money to get the bp
Is there any kind of practice app? Even just a basic interactive chart that gives you a few seconds to click a location and prayer tactic, and if you fail to adjust on time, you fail the simulation. Doing that for a couple hours should make anyone a pro.

Yo, Ideally yes you will be on the other side but because this is for inexperienced players I left it on the right side so they don't walk through the poison (you won't make it through unless you know when the phase ends) because straight after the next green phase you can just run towards the left side and not have to worry about losing dps.
One thing I never found on those guides, should I use accurate for trident and blowpipe or long range? sometimes the range is not enough and i end up walking to the venom

This boss takes too long to learn, I’d recommend Learning vork instead as it’s much easier and just as profitable - kinda has more requirements tho - DS2 & DHCB definitely worth it tho
Vorkath is a joke but it's RNG while Zulrah is forced to do the same rotation once it's picked one meaning it's much more afk overall. If you'd like I can help you in game on discord to learn it
@@SilvenVids i go through the rotation and have it on the top of my screen but by the jad part hes at 50% i actually got a counter kill where zulrah died and i killed it at the sametime and it says 1/1 on the kill log but it didnt consider it completed for western diary :( super sux

Tbh Idk about learning on mobile. I've tried it and it works but I have 2k kc. Id say take it slow and try reduce the switches you have but for learning id recommend a pc =(
I do vorkath no problem on mobile so zulrah should be well possible for you, u might die 1 or 2 times first while learning mechanics after uve got the mechanics nailed ur good

Also, another thing that helps me is that jad always appears after a blue middle phase. Middle either inner center or outer center of land.

No problems. Also don't give up even if it takes you 50 deaths to learn. The cash from those 50 deaths will be earnt back in under an hour.

Sorry for the late response! but you just need to move out of the way, they're focused on the ground not at you
another good item for beginners is the serpentine helm, that way you do not have to worry about the venom in the first few kills that you are learning

Bastions are okay but her accuracy is very, very high so the effects are negligible. I don't think they're worth the increased cost.

- get your prayer down correctly
- then positioning
- then swaps
I always thought zulrah is hard af so i never even tried. Been using this guide now. 100kc and i already feel like pro.

This video helped me to kill Zulrah for the very first time. In 2020 almost, can you believe it.
Took 7 tries, this boss is fucking frustrating. I suck. i know, but Vorkath was 434324 times easier to learn and its better money even.

You should have also covered the random "jad phase" that will spawn if you take too long to kill Zulrah. When I was learning Zulrah I kept randomly dying and not understanding why as I haven't seen any guides mentioning this. If you are low lvl and have ~5min Zulrah kills, it is very likely you will see the random "jad phase" in which case hide behind the pillar and just wait it out.
Also Exilent which is a PvP client, has a Zulrah helper that makes learning Zulrah way easier.
I used to do *very* slow kills when I first started and I've never encountered a random jad phase. I also had a look around and couldn't find credible sources on it either, so if you could show a video or something that includes it I could add it to the description.
But from what I know to be true Jad phase can only be at the end of each rotation and most confusion comes from mistakes people had made in the charts (which I fixed for this video).
I don't know anything about that client but I'd definitely be careful around pvp clients since I've seen one get flagged for botting and a different one designed to steal information.
So I did some more digging and found that Mod Ash had added a chance for Zulrah to do something random at some point, but with my method you won't notice it much and it can't through you off that much. If you're taking too long it's true that there'll be an increased chance of random spawns but as the name suggests I can't really help if something's entirely random =/
I haven't played in years but this boss was immensely difficult for me to understand. I only tried it like 10-12 times or so but the difficulty for me is like the fact there is 4 or so different rotations she can do. If there was just one single set rotation she did every time I would have had it down no problem, but I just flubbed it up from standing in the wrong spot, or protecting the wrong prayer or something like that.
Yeah it sucks and it's tough but at 10-12 times I'd say you're pretty close to getting it and I definitely wouldn't give up if I were you. They pay off is definitely worth it =)

I have followed it strictly and I get nowhere near beating it. The magic guy keeps hitting 40s on me with ranged
Sometimes it takes people like 20 tries or so, just keep at it and you'll get it. When you do succeed your first kill will make up the cash for the cost of the 20 tries.
I boght some of the best gear, died like 6 times and didnt learn anything lol. So I just sold my stuff and havent went back since. :)

That's where you want to try to be at the start of the rotation but you can be pretty close to it for most of them. Some of them you do have to be there to avoid poison.

You should probably list the gear setup so people have a checklist. Kinda like you made a list for the inventory. Curious on why you only listed the inventory and not the gear?

The fairy ring is not cheap after completion of Lunar Diplomacy, as it is 30k to buy a new staff; which is always lost on death.

The Herb Sack was never lost on death I'm not sure why you said it is.
That point about Items Kept On Death is definitely good to know though because now the ava's accumulator destroys on death.
I don't know about now, but you used to lose everything in your herb sack when you died at Zulrah.
I haven't tested this since the video however and I don't remember the exact wording I used so I may have said it wrong.

Sucks that blowpipe and trident of swamp are basically required. I was doing it with rune cbow and trident of seas and pretty much never killed zulrah before the end of the rotation. About 1/3 of my attempts would end with the range form shooting magic at me and forcing me to die or tele lol
When I started I didn't have a blowpipe for a bit either and relied 90% on magic. It sucked because I'd have to go through 1.5 rotations but you'll eventually earn the money to get the bp

Is there any kind of practice app? Even just a basic interactive chart that gives you a few seconds to click a location and prayer tactic, and if you fail to adjust on time, you fail the simulation. Doing that for a couple hours should make anyone a pro.
No but you can practice yourself while watching a video thats the best anybody can do

on zulrah rotation one and two after the jad phase its wrong.. you have to be standing on the OTHER side
Yo, Ideally yes you will be on the other side but because this is for inexperienced players I left it on the right side so they don't walk through the poison (you won't make it through unless you know when the phase ends) because straight after the next green phase you can just run towards the left side and not have to worry about losing dps.
One thing I never found on those guides, should I use accurate for trident and blowpipe or long range? sometimes the range is not enough and i end up walking to the venom

This boss takes too long to learn, I’d recommend Learning vork instead as it’s much easier and just as profitable - kinda has more requirements tho - DS2 & DHCB definitely worth it tho
The only reason I'm doing Zulrah is for elite void to farm Vorkath until I die

Vorkath is a joke but it's RNG while Zulrah is forced to do the same rotation once it's picked one meaning it's much more afk overall. If you'd like I can help you in game on discord to learn it
@@SilvenVids i go through the rotation and have it on the top of my screen but by the jad part hes at 50% i actually got a counter kill where zulrah died and i killed it at the sametime and it says 1/1 on the kill log but it didnt consider it completed for western diary :( super sux

25trys 0kills u need 99's and gear about 50m+ cuz with first gear is impossible and with 82 range 76mage
Nah I used to do it with 75 range 78 mage with lower than minimum gear. You just gotta slowly learn
dont worry im 99 range 94 mage and im scared to try it again (last time i just died 15 times no kills but i was like 80 range/mage)

Blessed Dragonhide boots. Theyre just slightly worse than ranger boots but much cheaper.

I did it at 75 range and 82 mage when I first started ages ago. I was getting 15 (if i remember correctly) kills an hour. So yes definitely worth!
I thought i'd found the guide that was made for me, until you showed elite void + blowpipe.. Both of which someone who can't kill zulrah doesn't have..
All I wanted was 1 kill. I just wanted elite void. I didn't ask to die 30 times on a boss that I now loathe.

Zulrah is a lot harder to learn. I hoped including my own method would help other people a lot more but you may need a few more goes to get it.

Does full rotation occur every kill? Or can you kill zulrah before jad phase?
You can kill it before the Jad phase. Once you get used to it you'll rarely even get to the jad phase.

Tbh Idk about learning on mobile. I've tried it and it works but I have 2k kc. Id say take it slow and try reduce the switches you have but for learning id recommend a pc =(
I do vorkath no problem on mobile so zulrah should be well possible for you, u might die 1 or 2 times first while learning mechanics after uve got the mechanics nailed ur good
