defqon is always in the same spot, same with intents etc. they are just all different events which are in different locations. most locations also have multiple stages which might make it look they move.
Defqon is on the same place every year, Mysteryland is not a event of Q-dance but Q did a stage there and the stages of Q always re-use elements of other stages to build new ones, the cobras you see here where also at the black stage at defqon 2023,
The events, given the muncipality allows using the requested area/location is the same. When the festival organizers want to expand they will look out for a new venue, but most of them are settled and take place at the same place for years now. The ferris wheel and other flatrides are fairly easy to setup. Takes less than a week. The stages are prefabed, sent to the venue and then constructed. THanks to all the hard working people in the background of any event. In regards if Q-Dance uses a stage again or some parts of it depends. Most stage designs are exclusive to the event. Some will travel the world to other Q-Dance events. The Warrior Princess stage, the aries and some other as far as I remember. Otherwise spareparts are reused. This can be seen most often years later or at the end of the year. For instance the UV stage of this year Defqon used some crystals and other elements that have been used originally at Qlimax 2019. For those who often attend the Q-Dance will recognize here and there parts of some stage here and there 🤓 Like with the head shield of this year defqon warrrior (that one located in the middle of the five) was part of the primary stage design of 2019 defqon ... Your "aliens" are more or less the upper part of a crown. But still like your imagination 😁
Don't worry about the power, there will be no blackout. Sinds 1927 we have fighting the sea in a very organized way because a large part is below sea level. We enjoyed organizing it so much that we now do it with everything. Electricity, Traffic, education, work, home, healthcare and of course parties like Defqon 1. The cables to the amusement park are thick enough so Defqon can simply tap. And generators you won't be bothered by if the music is loud enough 😂

You havent check out any Decibel end shows yet, its one of the big three with defqon and intents. Decibel outdoor end show 2022 is great one.
