Thank you so much for reacting to this. I think the album 'Hope" is one of the greatest of all time. I always love your reactions, and this is no exception. Keep up the great work!
You said what I have always though Mpwa Fay, this song, in fact the entire Hope album, would have made a fantastic live show. We've covered many of the songs from the album, though not all. The story is, of a race of beings from Venus who develop star flight so awesome that they can visit the entire universe. On their explorations, they encounter a planet once, long ago, governed by this organization called, Politzania. The song we just listened to describes what they have learned of this place. Once a powerful planet, they became as the song says, convinced they were a superior race. And it wasn't such a great place to live if you questioned anything. In the end, they are totally wiped out. And if you recall "So Said the Lighthouse Keeper", and "Hope", the last remaining person on the planet tells the remaining tale of isolation, devastation, and finally, hope. To me, such clever use of music, and great music at that. Wish that someday someone picks up this album and determines to make a video to go with it. Thanks again, Mpwa Fay ❤❤❤❤
