Thanks for the parts list and explaination. Most people that address this conversion just give a long asinine rambling about how impractical it is. I don't always want to be practical and sometimes it is practical to do this swap. Your video was great.
Honda has it named as clutch case cover. But i do see your struggle. I spent half an hour trying to find it for your car too. It should be Number 1 www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/v-1994-honda-prelude-coupe--sivtec--5-speed-manual/engine--clutch-torque-converter
Hey im new with hondas i have a lowered gmc sierra but i was having troubles finding a manual transmission for my 01 honda accord coupe v6 do you have any tips or forums i could maybe find one
John Walker check junk yard or pick a parts? Best bet is local with facebooks jdm groups and Craigslist or going in person to yards or small auto part shops where they have a big yard that isn’t open to the public where they want to know specifically what you want. If you don’t have the tools to pick a part you don’t have the tools to put them in...
Done one on a 94 Civic auto to manual had a donor car just drilled the welds out of the bracket on the manual car and welded it on the car that manual was going in
It hooked up to the manual ecu no problem. Are you talking about the engine harness? If so, i didnt do anything with it, just tucked away all the connectors for the auto trans.
Rio Anderson what kinda car did ya put the trans into, cause I got a 07 Civic plus a doner 08 Civic with manual trans I got to looking at them both the auto has solinolds on it more wires different than the manual. Didn’t know if it was worth the trouble. The auto car has low miles good body the donor car is like totaled high miles
I need help! I really want a new civic hb but where I live they are only for sale with stupid CVT. Guys you understand a car guy right? I have all the resource, mechanics etc. what will be my part list? Please if you know help me!
So straight up a manual tranny will bolt up to the block the same as the auto? I'm am talking about the outer bolt pattern? I want to put a manual in my currently auto Accord.
Jaaron Lofton I just bought off of a donor car. Got everything I need for like $200 even if I'm missing a few things wont be more than another 100 tops
This might be kinda out there, but do you know where I could find a manual trans? I have a 98 Integra and I’m looking at doing this swap, I’ve been looking for a while but I can’t find anything too promising. Any help is appreciated thanks.
Hi man! Good vibrations! It's possible to change an automatic gearbox to manual gearbox on the nissan sentra b16? Need's to change a ecu too or another eletronic changes? Best regards from Brazil!

you can make a auto ecu into a manual by de soldering a few things.

Only OBD0 and OBD1 i believe.
Can you make a video ?
Bro what about the cluster wiring for the RPM gauge ? Nice vid.
You can use auto axles in a gearbox aka manual transmission
I bought a wrecked manual integra, will I need anything other than that auto to manual mount? Or will everything just swap over fine?
Where can I find an “inspection plate” for a 98 Accord. I can’t find that part. Is that the correct name?

Im not that familiar with the k20 but i imagine youd need the transmission, the tranny mount, ecu, axles, shifter, clutch kit, t bracket.
you do not need new axles they are the same part number
