Sounds nice I love a country walk after a work out , great story as always..I'm sure I don't need to tell you but make sure you keep changing your workouts cos alot stick to the same workout and you know that to keep gaining muscle mass ya have to use different styles of a workout on each muscle group to shock the muscles, cos as your well aware if ya dont change ya routine ya muscles get used to same workout so to ya subs ya gotta change the workouts to keep gaining muscle mass, ya have to shock those muscles into bulk ..I know you know this ray but alot of ya subs might not so yeah just a little rip for those that train but are not aware that ya have to shock the muscles by changing the way you do ya reps ..then ya body will grow at its max capacity..cheers ray as I said I know you know about changing the type of workout helps ya muscles grow at thier capacity..little tip for some of ya subs that don't know about not sticking to the same style of training..all the best ray...💪💯🥊👍🏻
