All the speakers representing different parts of Europe was very educational. US citizens have no sense of what a complicated battle this Ukrainian/Russian invasion represents to the surrounding neighbourhood countries. What is frustrating to some in the US… is why the US has been put in front of this incursion. The Europeans know the history of their neighbor’s, they do business with these neighbors and they either trust or don’t trust those neighbors. If the Europeans feel threatened they will build a military defence. The US should NOT be pushed to the front of this because Europe does not want to pay for a military.. . It is wrong because Europe should be negotiating on behalf of Europe…the US cannot possibly know European country variables in these conflicts…. so the end negotiation may not be a stable one… then it’s back to the invasion. And second, if the negotiating goes south, because the US is in front….. the US is blamed…which means US taxpayers potentially on the hook for 75 more years. As a US taxpayer… I think 75 years of military guarantees has cost the US trillions of dollars that should have gone into the domestic economy. If a country is a sovereign nation… that means you must defend your country… that takes a sovereign country military.. otherwise… your country will fall. It’s a choice. I was really impressed with every speaker… they all had decades of experience in European diplomacy and I hope this panel speaks out on TH-cam again. Another topic that is critical to us all… is the impact of migration in the face of rapidly dwindling natural resources, food, fresh water, and how many immigrants should each nation be responsible for…..there are 6B.

Would have been nice to hear that peace is created thru demilitarization , NOT militarization. Might be to much to say these days, but still. In this way, at least humans would not suffer from a conventional war. nice talk

You didn’t invite anyone with a different opinion. For example, no one from the Russian Federation, Asia, the Middle East, central and South America or don’t they count because they’re not of aryan stock?

Don’t take it seriously, it is just another show to demonize the Russian. Sit back and laugh.

The Russians are demonizing themselves with their barbaric behavior. Horrible treatment of bombing Ukranian children in hospitals for over a year.
