Hi which is the nearest metro station from this location.. also is there any 2 bhk budget flat(society) available in central noida or noida west where metro is nearby.. even if it is in construction stage that will work.

Is there any seepage issue in arihant arden, I heard lot about it
Last we visited Arden, was in 2016 when it was to be delivered. From the outside we never noticed any seepage. Will check and update as early as possible.

Will depend on the size of unit, floor and facing also plays instrumental role in the cost.
Fraud builder, third phase of this project is stalled since 2013, after so many protests by buyers now they have resumed their work with snail speed. Every now and then buyers are forced to do protests to wake the builder. Even for the towers against whom buyers have paid complete amount (cinnamon, Laurel, Mangroove and Mulberry), builder is behaving shameless and not at all focussed/ bothered to hand over the flats. The club and swimming pool are the distant dreams in the project. All buyers of phase 3 ( cinnamon, mulberry, Mangroove, Laurel, fidlewood, coralwood) are being forced to deposit the club charges in advance where as there is no hope in near future of construction of pool and club for phase 3, which mahagun had promised and mentioned in their prospectus. Even phase 2 club and swimming pool is not constructed yet.
In addition, labourers are going on frequent strikes as mahagun is not paying their payment in time and delaying the payment for more than 4-5 months.
In short, Mahagun is in deep financial crisis, which they have confessed in many meetings/ protests of buyers.
We as buyers of mahagun sincerely advise the prospective buyers not to opt this or any other project of Mahagun otherwise you will regret as we are regretting.
In 8 acres, mahagun has more than 8000 families, highly congested, no space for fresh air since tower covers all four sides... Worst project...
See we have nothing to do with any builders but your calculations seems incorrect 1000 families in 1 acres, technically no authority can allow this and no builder whosoever it is can't do such an illegal act. Everyone has a different definition of best and worst. What's best to me can be worst for you and what's worst for you can be the best for so many other people and that's acceptable.
What u r saying, first u should get correct information.. Actually this society is spread in 35 Acres and total flats in this society are 5885...
Chalo facts sahi apne kr diya im just customer, sharing my feedback.. a project should have first basics thing like fresh air.. compare mahagun mywoods with godrej woods.. they just have tower on two sides.. this is feedback for builders dont just create towers.. take it or forget it...
@avidan Seriously it so congessted, these builders doesn't have standards. They gives bribe to govt. authority and getting good money from customers. Only suffers customers at the end.
