Silvassa is not in Gujarat. Silvassa is a part of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, which is an Union Territory. It's surrounded by Gujarat but not a part of Gujarat.

How to roam here? From vapi there are buses to silvassa but for local sightseeing what is the medium? Also can you provide any contact for bike rents in vapi?
I have given their number in the description. You can get bike from Shan bike hire.
Shan bike hire is in daman only. I am looking for a bike rent in Vapi.

You can rent a bike from Daman and visit all the places.

You can get cab or rickshaw from vapi station . They will show you diffrent places in a package.

Scooty renting is available in Daman only , you can get the scooty from their and commute to silvasa. It's just 45 mins journey.
