This is a powerful story of a Saroj, Mum, and daughter's own experience of losing a beloved son and brother, of Sadil Narayan, 20 years old, died by suicide in 2017. Their feelings, emotions and messages will hopefully be a great help to other parents from the South Asian community; to understand and support their children who may have mental health problems.
