How much sugar to what amount of figs? I don’t see a recipe and if you said, it’s not on my video. This is the way I always make them, but been a looong time, lol
I originally found you on Facebook, and I'll tell you, your first video I saw there got me just hooked and falling in love with your talents... I said ;it there on Facebook and I'll say it here, that I adore figs, and I only wish I could get fresh ones so that I could make fig preserves like this. One thing I do like to do with them (of course, on toast, bagels, biscuits, as a relish for barbecue chicken or pork), but for a real sweet treat that gets me going is to take a tall dessert glass, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then a little fig preserves, another scoop, and then repeat until the glass is topped off with some preserves... there's nothing like it... you have to try it... you'll find that those extra jars of preserves on your pantry shelf will suddenly disappear! (It would be a wonderful treat as a special dessert in your restaurant!)
