Hey at least it’s better than the god aweful physical fights my mom and step dad got into when my brother and I were little. They went on for hours.. it got to the point that to this day if an argument is happening and I want nothing to do with it, I immediately go to blast music as loud as I can in my ears. All while suppressing my panic attack so I don’t burden others and make things worse.
