I have the original and it's a really good knife and I'm definitely trying to get the full size version but it would be a whole lot better with the blade shape of the native 5 or the manix2. Agree on not paying more than table witch is around 900, unfortunately every time I see them available they are 1200 - 1500.
That one is right up my alley in terms of size. The design doesn't really speak to me much overall, though. It's pretty unremarkable. In fact I'd take the 0300 instead when compared directly. Or the Cap'n 'Murica Strider. Now that is a sweet config! There are just too many awesome USA-made blades out there that won't run you six figures (at least in normal configs). But maybe it's all about the feels and I just don't "get it" yet. The original config does look ideal compared to the silly Ti back spacer/clip changes. But these knives are pocket jewelry for most owners; not really treated as tools 😆 would be cool to try one out, but I don't want to 'rent' one just for that. But timing is key and sometimes one can be had for the right price. Agree about the "rosie" name, it's further diminishing the cool factor 😁Nice to see this one compared to other knives to really get a feel for the size. Glad they're making an XL version for us bruiser lovers. Cheers bro!
@@chucknunface I'm not trying to shade the guy for putting that stuff on his knife, but I definitely think it downgrades the manliness factor of knives, haha. Just my opinion, glad he has the money to spice it up the way he likes. Wish I had that kinda knife money 😅
@jasonrogers1252 the owner of the one featured in this video paid a bit over table. Of you really like the design and know it'll be hard to get direct, it's justifiable. I just don't think in this environment, with all the choice we have right now, that it's something that is a regular thing. Not like several years ago. We're in the golden age of pocket cutlery
Good review....of (Rosie,Rosie,Rosie) the Roosevelt. I'd really like to try one
Oh you...
Dang!!! Comparisons to the SMF and Stitch - def not small. Thanks.🤙
It's a beast. I'd definitely own one

Hell with that. No one should be overpaying in today's market.
Awesome review homie! Man I’m so jelly - OZ knives may be some of the most difficult knives to obtain, unless you’re paying secondary prices 😂
I'd like to get one, but I won't pay over table
@@chucknunfaceSame!
Yooooo not only is that my grail configuration-this was the sign I needed 🤣🥂🥂🥂
The XL is pretty awesome
Rosie Rosie Rosie!!! It’s endearing!!!! 😂
Judgment passed
@@chucknunface 🤣
The original Roosevelt was way too small for my taste, this is right up my alley. However, I'll wait to grab one on the secondary.
I'm sure they'll start popping up at some point.

Thanks dude! It's a really cool knife in hand. Owner reached out to me and said the stock clip was really tight, hence the swap.

The original clip was massively tight. Will tear up work pants. Tough to hook on jeans pocket.
Ah ok I see. That's unfortunate. Did you try flexing ot out a little?
Yup dat nyse...i agree man, don't call it a rosie...but people can say whatever they want...it's 'merica
Murca.
People are totally paying over table price for this.
I've learned this as well. I don't think you should, but everyone is different
Honestly not much more than $150 over table at most. People are still paying a lot over table for the regular Roosevelt

That’s a nice Rosie 👍
This is. Not mine unfortunately
It’s not Rosie it’s supposed to be Roose short for Roosevelt 😂
I agree
1600 on ebay 😮😂😢
Not surprising lol
100% made in the USA.
You're correct. I've looked it up since then.
"Rosie"
Roose
