Yeah, pins production does require quite a lot of work, but when the product come out, we feel all hard work is meaningful:)

Thanks for sharing - I have read that zinc is 'an enemy' to enamel but you use it fine - I want to try it on brass but I thought the zinc would be a problem. Lovely to see your pins - They are lovely
Thanks, actually both materials are fine and frankly more people are using zinc as material to make its cost lower.
Is there a specific brand of the hard enamel paint I could order; for example, could you tell me the brand you use? Great and detailed video! I'm very satisfied with the pins I purchased!
Great to know you are satisfied with your pins. For the brand, it is standard and general, not so specific. The good quality mainly comes from our years production experience.
I have a question that nobody has mentioned in any videos - what happens to the molds after the work has been done? Does the manufacturer keep them in case the customer wants a new batch in the future? If yes - how long will it be kept? Is it also quaranteed that the manifacturer doesn't use the mold for their own profit (making pins behind the customer's back)?
Hi, Xan Peria. For the molds, yes, after the design products are made, the molds will be recorded and kept in our warehouse for 3-5 years. In this way, when there are repeated orders, we can use them again, customers no need to pay mold charge again.
Not all factories guarantee not using customer's molds to make their own products, but in Jiayue Pins, we have very strict policy to product customers' intellectual property. Your molds, designs, products, photos will not be used for our own purpose. This is another key reason why our factory has so many long-term customers and repeated orders:)

surely, so many, Jiayue is well known in LA and NY pins sellers.
I haven't but I know a lot of people use them and still do! I think the experience just slightly varies based on which rep you get.
