It’s referencing an older Korean woman who became a meme after she claimed singing “bbangsan” is a way to get aliens to speak to/through you. 😂 she just babbles out “alien songs”. I’m guessing RM is going “You won’t understand what I’m saying anyway, I’ll say whatever” to the negs…or his mind is also just too full of memes to take those negative folks seriously.
He is Korean but this sounds like underground rap. Not just Korean. BTS started out as a hip hop group and RM was an underground rapper. He has some serious skills. 😘💜🫰🏻🫶🏻
Honestly you almost never get songs like this in k-pop, but RM used to be an underground rapper, and BTS started out as a hip hop group so this is him going back to his roots. I would't really call this song k-pop but k-hip hop. The album as a whole is awesome you should check it out!
If you ever heard of BTS, in case you don't know he is one of BTS member, RM is the leader and the main rapper of the group, the group now on hiatus because of military service but they was released all the solos album they've done before they leaves and they will come back in 2025, they taste in music as a soloist are different from each others, and the music products all have great investment and high quality so please check out on theirs music and MV

I've looked up English lyrics to try to discover, and all the ones I've found online so far translate 'bangsang' into 'bang bang' -- and I don't know if they are accurate. It could be that bbangsang is a neologism for shooting, I just don't know?!? I can't wait until my album arrives in the mail and 🤞 it has official English lyrics but then again, bbangsang could be a Korean word that is difficult to translate and it's just left in the lyrics as is.... Hopefully doolset.bangtan is on the case very soon to help us all out with an accurate translation and cultural explainer!!!
