Great food guys i was renting one of my apartments to a Japanese couple few years ago and remember they used to make miso soups for me every week ( I reckon i must have had it every second day for a year) never got sick of it. :)

Even though pork ramen is probably most common I really do love a good chicken ramen too! I really love chicken broth flavour bases especially because it just tastes a lot more complex than pork to me but hey I'm no expert hahahaha 😁😂 glad you enjoyed the episode mate ✌

It goes great with chicken! Some of my favourite ramens are made from chicken broth and yuzu if you can ever find that combination try it for sure! Yeah we are lucky to have some fantastic ramen spots here in Auckland 😁🍲
