I am forever grateful for you making this series. I am quickly incorporating this playstyle into my own and I've started beating a lot of Champion 2s as a Diamond 3 who got c1 last season. I am sure that the next time I play with my friend/teammate, we will be able to rise and reach into champion 2 because of you. Thank you ♥
Why quit mid match? losing is a great time to practice. people care about too much about short term. long term even when losing improves more and more fun. (growth mindset)
He got frustrated that he was whiffing and shitting the bed, projected his insecurities onto his teammate (classic) and dipped because he doesnt wanna accept he shit the bed. A lot of these type on rocket league lately
@@AirChargedGaming sure your tm8 was bad in the first game but no it wasnt winnable after 1-4. your pacifist system might be great but you cant be using it in all 2v2 games especially for all 5 minutes every match. The game play should be more dynamic and adaptable to your teammate and vice versa. At 1-4 your opponent team starts playing the pacifist system, boost starve and demo you for a minute and they win ez
Great series man. I was a GC in season 10 and was subconsciously implementing all of these fundamentals. But after I got GC I also lost brain cells and started ballchasing and playing super fast. Been stuck around c3 since then. This is a great reminder of what made me win in the first place lol. Again, great series, will sub :)
Thank you! That can happen, you almost feel like you have to go as fast as possible to avoid annoying the teammate and then you end up getting bad habits. Keep it up :D
Any interest in making a slightly modified pacifist system based on the habits of solo q mates? Seems like there's some opportunities left on the field bc you're forcing positions and plays instead of working around them. Honestly I believe it creates a lot of dysfunction in your team and possibly more toxicity when you should instead focus on synergy, safety, covering gaps, and making your mates feel good.
Yeah its definitely true I am forcing certain things to show how things work, but I don't know about doing a solo system just because there isn't a guarantee it works based on your teammate in solo q. Appreciate the thought though, thank you :)
Hahah I honestly don't think I have the capacity to play against some of the stuff I have seen here at a faster pace with more toxicity, you never know though :D. Thanks for the support :)
Whens the next episode lol My friend played you, said he plays like a streamer doing a road to ssl that just isnt good, we watched the replay and it seemed like you did nothing, I did some research and came across your channel, I agree with most stuff you say so Im eager to see what went wrong in the game with my buddy, because he has a flakes playstyle and is a slower player. Don't mean any toxicity in this comment just stating how things went down. Nice content.
Hahah love that! Should be tomorrow my friend! Glad to hear I played your friend, hopefully that was one of the last season recorded games. Thanks for the comment :)
Man,honestly, you don't use enough mechanics, really makes it harder to play like this, been trying for a while. I started using wall and just small amount of aerials and boom, way easier. Id like to see you add how to combo some basic mechanics to this, because honestly, it's realll6 hard to use this without them,at least for me. Thanks so much, this has helped me acctually have a plan on the field, which is most of my problems.
The main thing with this series is showings that smart play and positioning can get you well into gc2 and beyond. But absolutely you could add mechanics to it and you should 💪😁. Really appreciate that comment thank you 🙏
hi.. nice series.. would you be so kind and fix the playlist for this series? for me it seems like the installments of the series are in wrong order.. also there are videos not belonging to the 2v2 FUNdamental's in it.. take care my dude
prob already know, or already been said, but scrub has someone do kickoffs with him in his 2v1 series .... his mate goes for kickoff then sits in goal the rest of the time.
The entire basis for this playstyle is not diving in. By using both youve limited yourself to ONLY hitting the singular ball youre going for, unless you have 100 boost and the control to get back down quickly and recover to a good position (which most up to gc1 can't even reliably do)
Now a time where it would be okay is, a floating ball, with an open net and no real threat of a demo. Assuming you have absolute confidence in your shot placement. But still wouldnt risk the miss. Better to catch and flick or catch and hook shot
they are tawk and tricky usually party up together. i couldn't find that demo but they played against squishy on his stream 5 days ago towards the end of it and they just couldn't do a thing bcs of the coordinated and noncommittal plays@@AirChargedGaming

Really appreciate the kind words. And love to hear you have been using it with success :D. Keep at it and trust the process :D
9:24 Pure gold. Hilarious commentary and sequence. Good play. "Dont have time for that."
Hahah thank you! Have to cut those crazy wall plays out :D

Yeah that completely threw me, was so winnable too. I agree you win or learn 💪 Appreciate you watching 😁

Im soo happy you have made this series you give us information that most youtubers doesent this is already helping keep going
Really appreciate that, I always try and give the most information possible, glad you see that. thank you for the support :)
Always enjoy watching these. Tough draw on the first teammate, that’s the quality I’d expect to see in my diamond II lobbies!
Awesome thank you! Yeah it can be tough sometimes, game is very front runnery unfortunately. :D
If i didnt already comment it, i went up an easy 150+ mmr after watching all of your recent videos!
From plat 3 to D2 nearly D3 in 1s, and d3 to c2 in 2s
Damn man that is amazing, great to hear! :D

Love this always listen to this while I play rank!
Really appreciate that, hope it helps 💪😁
My favorite series on yt right now
Thank you 🙏
Same bro same
Keep em coming mate!
Thank you for the continued support brother 🙏
If only those "teammates" knew who they were playing with! :) So are we riding this all the way to GC3?

Hey, thank you so much for the support and comment. Really appreciate you pointing that out. All fixed :)
You got any more of them hook shots? 👀
Haha 🤣
@@AirChargedGamingjust so damn satisfying

Ooh I wasn't actually aware of that, thank you for letting me know. I will look into doing this, thank you! :)
17:07 huh, fast aerial uses up your 2nd jump on launch, "slow" aerial does not. both have their applications, no?
The entire basis for this playstyle is not diving in. By using both youve limited yourself to ONLY hitting the singular ball youre going for, unless you have 100 boost and the control to get back down quickly and recover to a good position (which most up to gc1 can't even reliably do)

Hahah you are right, I was just saying that in jest, in fact I use a slow aerial a hell of a lot, to make last second changes :D
Your first teammate was way too trash to be forfeiting and talking shit, so many unaware folks
Thank you for watching brother 🙏
LETS GOO!!!!
Thank you :D
There is this duo in NA that plays like this they are tricky and thaw i think basically crushing opp every game !
Oooh, I would love to see a demo if you know their accounts so I can search for ball chasing. Thanks for the comment :D
