I just found out your pilates workout and I wanted to say THANK YOU FOR DOING THEM. I stared this journey in January and followed some videos on TH-cam, problem was that I'm not super skinny and light weight like all the videos I previously followed. All the women made seems all the exercises so easy while I was half dead and so sweaty even after a 15 minutes low impact lesson. With this I'm not body shaming anymore, just in my mind I thought that do pilates I need to be skinny to - at least - hold my weight. You doing these videos shows me I can do it even if I lift half a inch and I have shaky arms. You have no idea how good I feel after seeing someone teaching pilates that has my same body type and when she does the exercise keeps pulling up her leggins and shows the belly rolls. You such an inspiration and thank you for doing this. ❤

This one is definitely difficult for my knees, a lot of quick changes made it a bit difficult for a truly beginner video. I used to do Pilates everyday a few years back until my knee injury. I’ll have to come back to this one once I’ve worked up to it.

I really wish there were modified versions of the workouts or a version for mid to bigger bodied people so I could still get the same experience. This video and others read beginner but it didn’t feel beginner because I couldn’t hold myself to do some of the moves. Not just this video but a couple of your other ones too. But I got four min into this video and I have no strength to lift my body the way other people might be able to for that move. Is there a level below beginner so I can get my body to move the way you can?

Your personality and your work outs are amazing! I've never enjoyed working out until I found your channel. I have one question. when I hold my leg up with the other bent and pulled myself up my top leg always cramps and prevents me from doing that workout. What can I do to stop that? Dose my legs just need to be strengthened more? I haven't worked out in years, so I definitely am not as strong as I was before.

The backdrop to this workout is so beautiful! I must say the affirmations grew on me throughout the video :) though I must say the instructions were not clear for me esp in poses where it was hard to be looking at the phone to see what you're doing and generally the sound quality with the sometimes too loud music made it even more difficult to follow along

My shoulders are so painful on the side planks. I love Pilates but I don’t know what to do about this. I’m assuming it’s either because I’m not strong enough or I don’t have the correct stance but either way I’m not sure what to do about it. Love your videos though Pilates have always been my preferred workout and after having my daughter and trying to get back into fitness again this is just what I needed.
I have very weak wrists and cant hold body weight on them, do you suggest anything that i can work to stronger them. All the moves that i had to hold my body weight on my wrists hurted 😩
