As the saying goes, “if ya can’t run with the big dawgz, stay yo tail on the porch” or however that goes 😆
A lot of people who claim they don’t shower/bathe daily cite that the reason is because it is drying for your skin. But that is why all these lotions, body butters, and such exist.
Lesson of the day: wash your ass (by ass, I mean entire body), brush your teeth and tongue, and groom yourself dammit!😂😂😂 I don't typically tell men that they smell good, but I used to cuddle up to my spouse under his armpit because he always smelled good😂 Besides normal personal hygiene, I also avoid ingesting foods/drinks that typically cause unpleasant odors.
That was a great bonus you added Annyetta because there is a lot of food that just don't be sitting right with some people... like garlic and raw onions....

A tip for flossers - try biodegradable interdental brushes using edible peppermint or tea tree oil. Leaves your mouth super fresh! And good diet with lots of fresh fruits and greens helps the body to be super clean - fresh and sexy from the inside out. Still enjoy burgers and pizza but chase it with a super tasty salad.

Unfortunately growing up, my mom didn’t know a lot, she was from a share cropping family in the south, anyways, I had to learn a lot on my own, I didn’t find out til my late teens, early 20s about using 2 different washcloths. 1 for body, 1 for face.

My dad used to cough and hack every morning because of how he brushed his teeth and tongue 😂 I started copying him and now that’s how I do it. My college roommates alarm clock was me brushing my teeth. Never had a cavity though 😊
if u wanna use the same wash cloth for ur face and body then wash your face and ears FIRST with a fresh clean towel. and dont go back later tryna clean ya face again. i use different wash cloths daily and i use two per shower

For the body odor, take a bath at least one or twice a week (instead of showers) and put half a small box of baking soda in the water. It resets your PH levels and helps with body odor. Ladies it works!
One thing about getting older and odor you learned that what you eat can impact your hygiene! Especially if you consume a lot of sugar and carbs! It can impact your private areas as well and when you try to mask it it makes it worse!
I have whole routine. I wash my hair n add conditioner. I use my face wash with my hands. I use my loose loofa and antibacterial soap for my body including legs n feet. Then feminine wash applied by hand. Then clean towel wash and rinse then wash the backside antibacterial soap n towel. Then rinse. Then I follow up with a body wash. So I understand you Marcus

I only use body wash after I use antibacterial soap. Body wash is suds and fragrance. I need to be clean first.
