I agree, but Geddy Lee is on a whole different level. That doesn't take away from the feelings and memories the songs create though. There's a lot of emotion attached to music... and that's an understatement.

Stone Temple Pilots, one of the most talented, successful yet underappreciated bands of the 1990s. STP is still not in the Rock & Roll HOF, which has devolved into a pathetic joke.

@@stevehope6283 Steve, I used have a mental list of bands that deserved to be in the rock hall, but in recent years most have been elected (likely due to running out of artists; more and more artists are from the Country and Rap/Hip-Hop genres).

One of my top favorite from the 90's. Brings so many memories from back then. I was 19 when it came out. I still get goose bumps when I hear it.

I've always loved the way it sounded on an acoustic guitar when I first learned it! I love the fact that it was inspired by Bossa Nova!

It’s unreal how many time I’ve watched this. What an amazing artist and he seems like such a great person as well. Down to earth and humble.

STPs brothers on guitar and bass are criminally underrated . They are very versatile and they’re amazing musicians

Excellent interview, Rick! Robert was insightful and a very smart dude. His musical library is quite good, and it shows up in one of the best alt-rock bands of the 90’s. If I could take a Time Machine back to my Hs days to sit and jam out STP with my buddies, price would be no object.

Absolutely one of my all-time favorite bands of all time. As a Dominican, this is who got me into progressive Rock music. I still can't come across another band as well rounded as them.
