I’m a surgical tech and he’s spot on. The problem is his advanced technology to give patients the best possible results, is probably very costly and will ultimately deter business. If he’s charging 15K for his BBL and others are charging 4/5K, folks are going to choose the cheapest route. I would go with him all the way, but I make ALOT and can afford it. His services are not going to be an income tax special.
There are a lot of comments and posts about how dangerous a BBL is but that is from old data and in patients who had problems from non-qualified people injecting. Today's BBL is not the same. I inject under direct visualization on ultrasound so I can see exactly where the fat goes. There is no guessing. Doctors who inject without ultrasound might as well be wearing a blind fold while injecting as they have no idea where their cannula is.

There is no surgery you could say that about. Not even a tonsillectomy. But is it likely or common? No. If these safe practices are performed by board certified plastic surgeons than the risk is less than 0.01% and is LOWER than a tummy tuck.

I usually suggest doing tummy and breast together and then 6 months later a BBL. It is not dangerous to do a TT and BBL together but it is a more difficult recovery when they are combined.

I have never heard of epinephrine causing pneumonia. I don't suggest any injections into the gluteal area other than fat. But I would ask your injector what volume they are going to place. How much sculptra? How many cc's? I use on a low case 500 cc of fat per side and up to 2000 cc per side for a big, big, big fill. I think 500 cc of sculptra would cost around $350,000 so it never really made sense to me how people could get a BBL with sculptra.

Is there a difference in the fat survival rate in regards to injecting the fat under and into the muscle opposed to above the fascia and the superficial layer?
I always suggest seeing a hematologist to see what the cause of the anemia is and see if they have a treatment for the anemia. Not every case of anemia is related to iron levels. And if it is Iron they can give IV Iron as well which is more effective than taking it by mouth.
Usually from 18 to 50 but if patients are super healthy, not on medications and are active and good candidates than over 50 is fine too for some patients.

I loved this video!!This is so knowledgeable for us.I had a BBL with you last year and I ended up with a lot of my cellulite showing a Lot more then before.Can a second round of BBL fix it.
It might be able to correct a lot of the cellulitis. Over the last 6 months I have focused a little more on trying to correct the cellulite dimpling of the buttocks during my BBLs. I have always paid attention to it but I am starting to really focus on this and I am getting much better results in terms of cellulite reduction.

That’s awesome actually. You’re very talented already so I can only imagine how much better your results will be in the future.
Unfortunately for me a previous heart attack would rule you out as a candidate for a BBL but I would I would check with other surgeons to make sure it applies to them. I don't want to speak for all plastic surgeons.
Health is more important than age. If you have HTN and DM you must otherwise be in good health, a normal weight and be exercising 5 days a week in order to have surgery and your blood glucose would have to be very well controlled as evidenced on your A1c

I have never had a fat emboli but if you take all the proper precautions it is still possible but the chances are very, very, very, very, very low.

Hi Dr William, thank you for taking the time even on your busy schedule..... when you do skinny BBL/OGEE do you put drainage? if you do for how long?
I do not use drains for any surgery other than a tummy tuck.

It is not usually easier but you are right there are not the big vessels there but I still visualize the area with the ultrasound.
My biggest worry is having flatness after surgery. What are the other reasons this could happen? Or is there another video I can watch?

A BBL includes 360 lipo.
Since it’s not safe to put fat in the muscle how can you put fat in the area to give the girl hips
The newly grafted goes into the fat in that area. There is no gluteal muscle there anyway. What I am talking about is the gluteus muscle.

It’s safe for diabetic’s people?
A1c needs to be below 7 for a patient with diabetes but the closer to normal it is the better.
IF YOU HAD AN HEART ATTACK YEARS AGO CAN YOU STILL BE A CANIDATE FOR BBL?
Unfortunately for me a previous heart attack would rule you out as a candidate for a BBL but I would I would check with other surgeons to make sure it applies to them. I don't want to speak for all plastic surgeons.
Does age matter, can a Hypertension nd Diabetic person do BBL
Health is more important than age. If you have HTN and DM you must otherwise be in good health, a normal weight and be exercising 5 days a week in order to have surgery and your blood glucose would have to be very well controlled as evidenced on your A1c
