Idk if you'll consider this but I heard somewhere that one shouldn't sleep infront of a mirror (it messes up with the mind and is responsible for bad dreams and stuff) I also heard one shouldn't sleep under a shelf or anything above the head (it adds more stress) Black color walls attract negative energies according to a few people. Black paint in the room, interesting! For that mirror, just a quick suggestion. You have some space in between bed and mirror so you can put that stool in front of mirror that way it will be handy in using mirror and won't look awkward too
