Evo is fast accel but doesnt hold fast speeds as good as rsr. Also the rsr juss has wheelspin on take off. Onces its in gear n not wheelspinning the rsr becomes faster 👍👍👍

Waterblob(comp player) has several records with the beetle on certain tracks, so the rsr is not that dominant. That being said, the only time the rsr is a problem is when you're racing against the top 5% of racers. If you're on online lobbies most ppl can't even race with the rsr.
