But definitly a breath of fresh air after Clara. Clara wasn't bad, but she became very annoying in her later seasons and Last Christmas had a beautiful ending for her, which I would've loved to see be her final story.
On one hand, I thought it was kind of awesome that Clara got her own TARDIS, but on the other hand, what led to that happening ruined what came before. Better would've been if this was an echo of Clara that the Doctor visited to see Clara one last time after she died. Seriously, Moffat came up with this whole plot of Clara creating all these echoes of herself, but then afterwards never uses it again.
Would have loved to have been there! Doctor Who's music can't be appreciated enough! Murray Gold really does go that extra mile, and it elevates the show to an entirely new level.
