Finally, we've been waiting for this BATANES 2.0.
This is the very first time I’m going to subscribe to a vlogger even if I’ve watched so many of them. You just got me Finnlyn! I was born in Batanes and was a tourism consultant there 10 years ago, when drones were not yet flying over. I had tons of pics from even great fotogs but was always frustrated that the pics could not capture the grandeur of the landscapes and seascapes that you only witness when you are actually there. The pics although beautiful always looked flat and one dimensional, unable to capture the drama and depth of beauty they were trying to immortalise. I finally got the feeling, the effect and immense sense of beauty from your drone shots! You’re a genius Finn. You know exactly how to choose angles that show both depth and expanse, beauty and drama that haunts as much as as they please the senses. You have no idea how gratified I was watching your vids. And the best part of it is you are authentic and totally natural, especially with Sherlyn. You guys are unassuming yet giving us a first class show. Bravo! Bdw I also watched the ones you did last year and was totally thrilled. But this one is a serious upgrade. Already a classic, and you’re just beginning. The Vayang Hills where you took your drone shots, breathtaking as they are, are just one of the many many spots all over Batanes where you could create an inspiring, amazing story. As you already noticed there are many places where the Lord of the Rings meets the Game of Thrones and Harry Potter just flies in and out of the scene. Put in Hansel and Gretel as well and you get the idea. Good luck in the next days. I’m looking forward to the thrill from your new vids. I pray that you be safe and that the weather cooperates. If you have any question, especially on the story of Batanes, I’d be glad to provide answers if I could.
