Wow, just love it......can't wait to ride Frozen! It looks FANTASTIC!!!! All your outfits you packed for the trip, all look so cute on you all......love your hair cut too Di you got before you left!
I have to say I absolutely abhor Frozen but the ride is incredibly beautiful. I miss Maelstrom like crazy and my Norwegian heart feels like a fictional land based on a Danish fairytale doesn't represent too well, but I can't deny the ride is fantastic.
We stayed at Contemporary in September. We were in the garden wing. Pro: proximity to parks and monorail Cons: property is not what i would consider stroller friendly as the elevators are tiny and the pool and splash pad are not anything special. I think just like everything you have to decide what matters more to you. We are Florida residents so we only go for a few days at a time and maximizing park time is more important to my family!
Definitely! And I think on different trips, different things will be important to us. In summer/warm months, great pools and water activities might be the key point for us - in colder months or times when we will be doing the parties - being on the monorail might be the most important key point. :) You guys are lucky to be in FL! Thanks for watching!
I know there is a little backwards drop in the frozen ride but it is on the safe list for pregnancy. Having ridden it a few times yourself, do you think you would feel comfortable riding it while 30 weeks pregnant?
To be honest, I think this comes down to personal preference. There is no lap bar going across on this ride, but I would be more worried about going forwards than the backwards drop, I do think there’s a little forwards one like Pirates of the Caribbean.
I love your videos so much! I stayed at the animal kingdom lodge in may and loved it. It is a lovely resort. The only down side of it is that it is far away from most things. But its a great resort! Thank you so much for vlogging all your disney trips!
I ran into you and your husband in the lobby of the Polynesian, it was so nice to meet you! I'm not sure if you remember me, but I got engaged at Magic Kingdom and I was wearing my button! 😊 I hope you guys had a great date night, it looks like you did! I actually bought the Alice in Wonderland tea set on this trip because you have bought it previously, I can't wait to try it! I stayed at the Polynesian and absolutely loved it, I think you guys would too. A tip is to watch the fireworks from the beach one night, we did that and it was so much fun! I enjoy watching your videos every day 😊
Hi there! I most definitely do! Thanks for saying "hi", it was nice to meet you! And congratulations again!! :) So exciting! Hope you enjoy the tea, I actually meant to pick up some more of it while we were there and forgot. Thanks for the tips! The Polynesian is definitely on our radar, we enjoyed our time there!
How did the girls like Lilos playhouse? I'm trying to decide between something like that or the in room babysitting for our kids when my hubby and I want to sneak out for the night too.
They really enjoyed it! We will definitely take advantage of the children's activity centers in the future! :) It was SO great to do a date night while we were there!! :)
Can you fold up the stroller when you're going down the stairs? Or you hold one end and your husband hold the other so that the weight isn't all on one person?
It is actually easier to maneuver open rather than closed and it isn't that it is super heavy but just a bit awkward since it's a double the center of weight isn't in a traditional spot. It wasn't impossible, just an inconvenience. It didn't dawn on me that the individual buildings wouldn't have elevators, but we know for next time. ;)
With your girls loving Frozen so much bet they loved this!

In this particular video, do you remember which dresses the little girls were wearing?

You can walk to MK from the CR. Also you can rent DVC points to stay at Baylake Tower and you'd have a kitchen or at least a kitchenette.
I'm honestly not a huge fan of Frozen. But I have to admit that ride looks amazing!! And the Contemporary looks beautiful too.
TheStaceySquad are you a fan of Duke off Weaselton?
