Let's call the Witherstorm in the forest Jimmy and the Witherstorm inside the belly James for the sake of simplicity Basically the reason why that is happening is because of the fact that you're supposed to spawn under the Jimmy in the forest when you fall but because of the fact that there is a James inside the belly of Jimmy The mod gets confused and instead teleport you to James instead of Jimmy This basically happens over and over again until the game breaks probably due to confusion Edit: again, i am still bored so i will *TRY* to explain what is going on in 22:28 This one is going to be short and probably not so obvious Nonamecracker2 probably just made spawning in the overworld as default after falling from the Wither storm in another dimension Idk, i haven't seen anybody fall from the Witherstorm's belly in the Nether or The End This could only possibly happen in a dimension that isn't in the official game
btw about wither storm, it can be set on mobs and it will attack everyone (it will not be able to kill the wither and the ender dragon), it will kill the rest of the type of endermen with ease, to set it you need to click on the bottom of the wither, there will be its ID. The mod named mob battle.
tbh why does people like saying “first” when ever they are early? Some people even say “oMg tHaNkS fOr tHe LiKeS” or “MOMMY IM FAMOUS” is it good to have many Likes or being first or being pinned? Idk but still why do you people still do it

you can in the settings in the letter W on the left click world options and change the settings of the invulnerability time there.

Instead of using the consumed entities command you should use /witherstormmod phase set @e[type=witherstormmod:wither_storm,limit=1] 0-7
Consumed entities is better because you can see the extra phases

There is an extra phase in level 5, which depends on consumed entities and same with level 7
