I feel like Wither Storm is the logical extreme of what the Wither represents-a ruthless engine of merciless destruction that cannot be controlled or stopped by any means
This is the best Minecraft boss ever created and even the mods about this boss don’t live up to its perfection! It’s also a boss that makes the most sense to exist in the world of Minecraft. A creature that builds itself by using whatever resources it sees in its surroundings. It’s like a reflection of us (the player) but if we went too far with our ambitions…

I think that he is not evil for creating a Wither Storm. He wanted to teach his friends a lesson for their actions and their fake glory. He had everything under control, but Jesse's friend Alex stole the elixir that was destroyed by the Wither Storm and could not be stopped.
Fun fact: the reason why the command block didn’t break is because the command block is 100,000x harder to break then bedrock the barrier block and other unbreakable blocks
