If they've get the same style of bed as pre-renovation (looks like it), the sofa bed doesn't really expand. It's not the walk backwards and pull variety you'd see in WDW. Instead it's more remove the cushions and sleep length wise, so you'd don't really loose any space. There's some very odd shaped rooms in this category. The last one we got (2019) was quite large because of it.

Can I ask how much space there is when sofa bed is out? Staying in November family of 5 and can’t find any pics of the room with sofa bed made up 😊
