Thank you so much for this video so important
The greatest value I receive from your on-line videos is that I'll see something that looks cool and that I want to learn. I'll take the video to my private lesson and have my teacher show me how to do it correctly. Just happened earlier today. In one of your Rumba videos, I saw a move and realized that it could also be performed in Slow Waltz and Foxtrot. The figure was easy enough to get into and perform, but I had trouble exiting. That is where the teacher really helped me. Privates, group lessons, partner practice sessions, and on-line videos all work together to help dance students become better. Thank you for your videos.
That is great! Looking at videos and taking them to your local instructors is a wonderful way to progress and learn!
I started in a social dance club beginner's class (drop in) @ the ECS lesson. Never danced before and I am in my 50's. It was SO FRUSTRATING and hated it. Prior to the next weeks lesson, the FT, I watched your video and practiced at home in the week prior. Next weeks lesson was SO much better! Thank you Brian and Megan. Your videos are making this endeavor in my life actually do-able!
I am so glad we could make your experience better!! 💙
I like it so much that you both talk in the videos
Thanks Hugo!! It hasn’t always been that way but it’s great to have both perspectives talked about 😊
me & other ladies have taken lessons., when we go to other men (switch) when there is a wrong step the men always blame the woman for messing up or not knowing the step.
So sorry for your experience. In class everyone is learning and they should understand that.
