No way, besan can be cooked completely in 1 min. I made it exactly with this recipe, then I realized it won't work. Then I steamed it and then deep fried. Soda is a must.

Aaj maine banake dekhi. Peanutke pieces ki jagah maine Peanut powder use ki. Oose maine direct besan ke batter me add karke, Baad me wo maine garam pani me add kiya.
